This is my 4th order, so far I am satisfied. I love the clean look of the roman shade in my bedrooms
Received them in a few days after order. They were well packaged and easy to install.
What I hoped for were blinds I would like, within a budget I could afford. What I received, were blinds I LOVE! They pair perfectly with my wood stained trim and add a cozy modern touch to our home.
Ordered the tri minimal cellular shades. Perfect for our West facing Sun blasted living room. Easy ordering, easy install!
Measured my window as instructed, blinds fit perfectly and operate as advertised.
We ordered 3 blackout blinds for a bay window. So one large one for the middle, and two smaller ones for the sides. The large blinds works just find. Good quality construction. But the smaller side ones (about 20" wide) don't have the best retraction mechanism within their header. You can't lift up on the bottom bar too quickly or the blind will buckle. You have to lift it very slowly in increments. A little frustrating. I'd return them, but I know they'd end up in the landfill. So if you're looking for a narrow blind then look for a different brand than this one (my parent's Bali blinds don't have this problem).
Buying and installing the blinds was easy and straightforward
I purchased two of the "Classic Fabric Room Darkening Roller Shades" in the color chocolate. The size of the blinds was spot on and the quality seemed great. However, after my husband installed them we had several issues. Once, when trying to open one of the blinds it flew up and detached from the brackets. It now will no longer open. The second blind randomly flew off the brackets one night when we weren't touching it. It, too, no longer opens.
Web site is very difficult to place the final order. Had to install WhatsApp to spend my money with you!t. The blinds did not fit and fabric not what we chose.

I ordered the blinds that have no string or twisting wand because they looked like they would be really easy to open and close and safe for kids. They are actually very difficult to get to close all the way. They also advertise that the curved design on it blocks out more light - it does not. I also was under the impression that the 'faux wood' style would look textured and thick to block out light and look more classy - nope they are thin plastic. When we asked if we could return the totally unopened boxes they said they have a no return policy which is my mistake for not looking at that first. They also took at least 1-2 weeks to respond to us. Just go to home depot or lowes! This is not worth it.

The process of ordering blinds couldn't have been easier. There were good instructions on the website. The free samples allowed me to choose a color with confidence. The blinds arrived in a timely manner without access packaging and were very easy to put up.
We have ordered several times for interior windows and we're happy with the products. We were not happy with this order. The shade was much lighter than shown on the website and will not work for us. Unfortunately, it was a waste of a few hundred dollars.

Customer service helped me navigate choosing the best blind for my windows and doors. Installation was straightforward (especially the no-drill blinds- definitely worth the extra money for me!). I love the blinds- they're exactly what I wanted.

The BOGO is misleading and confusing. I ordered 18 blinds and should get a one for one free. Instead I paid for the 9 most expensive and got the 9 cheapest for free. Its misleading and I was not happy with how the discount was applied.

This was my second order from SelectBlinds. Both times, I ordered light filtering shades for multiple rooms. From start to finish, the process of ordering, receiving, and installing my blinds was smooth and easy. There was a production delay of which I was immediately notified, and my blinds ended up shipping earlier than the projected date. There was hardly a delay at all. I have 10 windows and all are covered with a Select Blind. We enjoy the design, the color options, and other detail options. The only negative we have is when comparing what we ordered 4 years ago to this most recent - and how the quality has changed. From sturdy to flimsy, from quality production to shortcuts that affected the appearance of the shade. Didn't bother to complain or ask for replacement - chocked it up to the "new American Way!"
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
