While the blind I received is very nice, it does that exactly match the other two blinds on the windows next to it. I was told it would be the same exact blind but it looks different, the honeycombs are wider and the handle is completely different. Perhaps you no longer make the exact blind I needed replaced, however I was not told that.

My old day/night cellular shades had cords so I could easily lower them from the top down. These now only have handles, so I have to step on a stool to lower them every morning and raise them back up in the evening. It's a pain. Some places sell rods to help pull the shade down, but that only works if you have a hole in the handle that you can hook the rod into.
I particularly liked shopping from my kitchen table. The process from selecting to installing the blinds was easy.

The wand and clip for patio vertical blinds is really, really cheaply made. I'm not sure it's going to hold up after a few times using it. It's a cheap plastic. We like the blinds and colors we chose but I'm pretty disappointed with quality for the price even with a Sale discount it's overpriced.
