I ordered the motorized Zebra blinds with the bridge and controller. Super easy ordering and installation was great after I got a hang of it. Programming the blinds to the remote was easy. The bridge was fairly easy but haven't figured out how to connect to Alexa yet.

The roller shade I purchased works great. I did have some difficulty understanding how to setup the SelectConnect bridge, but I was able to do so eventually after consulting some internet forums regarding the Bond bridge.

The three shades were made with high quality materials and the fit and finish was perfect.

In the first order a crucial part (bracket that holds the motor in place) on one of the blinds was missing -- the shade will not work without it. After contacting SB, they initially sent the wrong brackets to replace the one missing. They sent install brackets to hold the shade on the wall and after many failed attempts to contact the sales dept. and get help ordering the correct part on the shade, I finally talked with a long-suffering sales person who understood what piece was missing and a totally new shade had to be constructed and sent -- they couldn't send the missing part. Another 2 weeks of waiting to finally get the shade when a part would have been ample to fix the old one. We finally got the shades up and running and we love them. But we feel that more quality control should have been exercised on such a critical operational shade part.

Look great, easy to install. We had great customer service ordering.

Product arrived on time and in good condition. One of the items did not fit so I contacted the customer service and got it replaced thanks to the insurance I bought.

The shopping and delivery met expectations. However, the overall product is not of high quality. The blinds feel like paper and look cheap.

Called customer service. He was very helpful! We received the blinds well before the expected date which is wonderful.
My two cons:
1) While it was fairly easy to install---it was only once I figured it out. It did take some figuring out to make sure the brackets were at the same points. (there was a bump on our window that I didn't account for so while it looked even it wasn't and the blind wouldn't fit in). Also I didn't think the instructions were particularly helpful. I had to google videos, which still missed a way to assure the brackets were in a good place, but still helped me to figure out my issue.
2) I had used a blind place that came into our home and measured and installed. They were extremely expensive so I didn't want to use them again. These blinds I would say are slightly lower quality (although I don't know if I would have noticed had I not bought the other ones). The main issue is that when I push the blinds up or down, you have to be conscious to make sure that that stay level. Otherwise they can be uneven/lopsided, where the blinds I bought I can just pull down and they stay level.
Pros:
1) a lot quicker than the other place I used
2) easy to install
3) The cost
4) Customer services. I had a question. He was very helpful and made sure I had the best price.

The product was cut correctly to measures provided and the product itself is very sturdy and should last a long time. It arrived within 10 days and was easy to assemble.

Ordering and shipping was in timely manner. Love the new shades.

Fast receipt of large order. Will see type of guality. Seems to be good. Unfortunately, received on blind with missing end cap and have yet to receive it. Otherwiise, happy with honeycomb blinds

Select blinds made it so easy to pick, measure, & ensure our blinds would fit each and every window! I love that they are made to order and have so many different styles to choose from!

10/10 recommend and will be ordering more once we finish pairing our other rooms!

Website is easy to order from. Blinds are nice. Installation instructions were not good.
