Not a big deal, but frustrating.
I had a terrible experience with select blonde. I have ordered from them before, and it was never this bad. I ended waiting for a set of two blinds for over a month with constant problems. When I placed the order, I was given a delivery date, and the day before it was supposed to ship, I noticed that there was no update on my order- it still said "order placed". I called customer service, and the rep told me it would be DELIVERED the next day, guaranteed. I was skeptical, but decided to trust the rep because they would know better that myself. The next day, nothing came. I called back various times since my order never progressed form "order placed" and always got a different response from a representative -Telling me it was ready for shipment, and should expect a tracking number within 24 (never got it) and then called back to be told it wasn't started. I began to be extremely frustrated, not at the delay, but at the lack of care or even honesty from the customer service. If the order was delayed for other reasons, I would have been happy and satisfied with that answer on the first call. Instead I got made up answered every step of the way and it felt more like the reps were trying to brush me off rather than give an honest response. After that terrible experience, I had multiple delays in shipping as well. I had to contact UPS myself and find out that Select Blinds left out information that customs needed. Had I not contacted them, I probably would not have them. Very disappointing experience from a company that used to be a go-to. I will never order from here again because of the customer service treatment.
It's so easy to order blinds that are the correct size. The zebra blinds are stunning and add so much to the space without the necessity of curtains.
This was the third order, covering four windows in two rooms as the older shades they replaced were phased out. Good product, good fit. Disappointed in the delayed delivery this time, but it fit like a glove and matched the prior purchases perfectly.
I ordered one blind and 5 new handles for my other select blinds. I got the blind quickly, but had to talk to different people to get the handles after I had already paid for them. Eventually I did receive them and they work fine.
I love my Seaside roller shades from Select Blinds. I first ordered 2 to help keep out the heat from the summer sun out of my west bedrooms. They made such a huge difference I ordered more for other rooms. These are a very nice quality product. I ordered blinds from a another company and have been very disappointed with them. I will have to replace them because they have shrunk about 6". How does that happen? Anyway I will be replacing those with more roller shades from Select Blinds. I highly recommend Select Blinds. The other best thing about these blinds are the color options. There's a color for everyone.
I love the blinds, however, it takes way too long from the time you order to the time you actually get them. My package was beat up. The bottom was almost off of it. I do have one blind that is not responding to the remote. I really would like for it to be fixed, but it takes so much to contact the company and work through the procedures that it's almost not worth it.

Good blinds. Slow to respond with problems. Will purchase again.
I purchased roller blinds and the order process was easy. The blinds are high quality and they are simple to install. The price was affordable. I would recommend Select Blinds to anyone.
I had a few issues with my order but had purchased the protection, which I highly recommend, and everything was handled to my satisfaction. I love my Zebra shades and will continue to order from Select Blinds due to the wonderful customer service and products.
Your window photo app for measuring didn't work right. I had to try repeatedly, at least eight times, before it recognized that I was tapping the corners.
All of the blinds in my house have been purchased from Select Blinds. Have been very happy with them. When we needed to add 1 more blind to an office window, we were hoping to duplicate our other ones, because we really like them. However, they no longer have the material/color we used a few years ago. We picked another blind, & it blends well enough. The other 2 blinds, we just purchased, were basic gray blinds for garage windows.
The spring headers would not stay up as described. Ended up having local company measure and install their own blinds. Donated yours to charity. Hope someone can use them.

Thought i ordered the wrong size but talking to a customer service rep, she convinced me they would work. And they did.
Very, very helpful.
I liked that when I called customer service the first time she noted in my file that I called and was wanting the discount that was being run at the time however I did not receive the correct sample so I had to wait but she did note I would get the discount later after receiving the right sample
My order from September 8 is still not here. It has been sitting in KY for since 10/10, cleared customs. Bi had no idea these were not made in the US. Ive asked many many times about the delay. 2 people have assisted, but I still no confirmed ship date. I have ordered in the past in 2025 with no issues and many years ago. This is very disappointing. Why can they not get a delivery service to ship my cleared customs blinds.
The roller shade was not as I was expecting. When pulling down the shade, it either stops too high or is too long for the window. The light filtering aspect of the shade is as expected and the color is nice, but it looks cheap due to the uneven edges. See attached pictures.

I bought and received 4 roller shades. Shipping was longer than expected because they are shipped from another country and have to make it through customs. When I finally received them, 2 of them were messed up from being opened in customs and not packaged back correctly. I messaged Select Blinds and they promptly warrantied my damaged blinds and I had new ones at my door in less than 2 weeks. The damage was no fault of Select Blinds, but I do wish they would have mentioned the blinds were coming from a different country and that shipping would take twice as long due to customs. I love them and I will be ordering more despite the wait and damage to 1st shipment.
Opps it's in the title. Love the blinds as it sets the coastal outline of my sunroom. And one pull down attachment doesn't work well but two would be better.

Had purchased several sets of blinds prior to this and loved the quality. Unfortunately, you no longer carry them so I had to order a different set, which don't meet the quality of the prior sets.
Installation was as easy as ABC. These dark green shades. Orange search. Install and work extremely well. I would have no other. This is the second set ordered. I have referred. Family membership. On quality of the shades. My experience is for both static as well as Motorized. Excellent quality in both instances.
The process is very user friendly. And quick. Past experience. As revealed, the high quality material and workmanship.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
