I found it frustrating that there were no installation directions with the product. I checked out the you tube video but the hangers shown on the video were not the same as what was included in the box.

Easy to order and great pics. I like that I am able to get free samples and also hold the sale price for a short time til samples arrive.

Price is reasonable, quality is fantastic, shipping is quick. The most difficult part of this whole experience was measuring the windows! Ordering was a breeze and the blinds arrived swiftly and look absolutely splendid in my space.

I don't think it's correct if a customer call you the same day they receive them to tell you they don't fit and you guys just try and have me repurchase the blind as a solution I'm so glad I didn't order all the windows with this company. An exchange would of been nice as I still had to purchase another 9 blinds but there goes that.

Can't seem to get in contact with customer service about adjusting my blinds to fit right they seem to hang at a slant

In recent years, I've replaced several worn-out sets of corded faux wood blinds in my house, with SelectBlinds 2" cordless faux wood blinds. Generally, I've had very good results with this product: it has a simple and compact design, with smooth and (usually) reliable mechanical action in lowering and raising the blinds.

I have two criticisms: 1) The vertical strings that join the slats should be stronger and more durable; 2) The company should offer a pole-mounted tool to enable customers to lower or raise the blinds if they have to stand some distance from they wall. This comes into play with two sets of cordless blinds I've mounted behind couches: Since I have no "remote control" tool to enable me to reach those blinds from the floor, I have to stand on the couch every time I raise or lower them.

The person I spoke with was wonderful. Made my order painless and I got exactly what I was looking for at a great price. You are my go to for all my window blinds. Thank you.

The drill-less installation is great. I had six blinds unpacked and installed in the windows in less than an hour. They look great too.
