Easy ordering and very nicely done blinds. Would use again. Only negative is that the end pieces for the valance are not cut to the correct angle to pop them on. Not using them and they look ok.

Easy ordering experience. Looking to replace a similar set in our old bathroom that didn't match with the new color scheme. The old set was much more expensive and we weren't looking to spend that much this time. It was very easy to measure and order and the blinds look great.

Love this shade! Sturdy construction, design was exactly as described. Be sure your window measurements are very accurate due to the sizing and cutting of your new shade… it's very precise!

I ordered two blinds—neither fit. Called customer service 3 times over three weeks and was told each time they had to hear from the factory before they could address my problem. Totally unacceptable.

When it comes to measuring things I can't find my way out of a paper bag. But the instructions were clear I followed them and was stunned that the blinds came in the perfect size the quality. The quality of the blinds exceeded my expectations and the installation that I hired out went without a hitch. I am very pleased with the quality of the materials and the way they look around my house. I chose top down bottom-up blinds which allows me to have an almost totally unobstructed view all day long and complete privacy at night. I would order from them again and in fact intend to do so for my front and rear entry doors.

The shades were what I expected except the piece that holds the beaded rope we couldn't figure out so we didn't use it. Instructions for those need to be reworked to explain process better.
