Twin blinds

Super easy, great pricing, the dimensions were super weird and they got them cut cheaper than anywhere else. They look great. The only thing I didn't like was there were no instructions included for install, and it took my dumb brain a frustrating three minutes to finally figure it out.

Cordless blinds

Very easy to navigate website! It was very simple to put the blinds up. I didn't have any issue whatsoever.
They look wonderful and I love that I went with the top down bottom up feature. I would highly recommend!

Terrible customer service and website

Blinds for our living room

The blinds look wonderful however one of the motors is broken. We have had the blinds for 2 months and you expect you customers to change the motor themselves?!?! They are brand new... you should have replaced the blinds. Stupid

Purchased blinds twice from here

Well made and attractive

I really like the blinds. They are effective for screening out bright light and heat. They are also very attractive looking.
The one downside is that I had to re tension both of them, which was kind of a pain. They would not roll up at all until I had to hand roll them to work right. I found that kind of annoying so that's why I took off a star.

Great to have samples, ease of using website, selection is amazing.
Very difficult to install due to poor instructions and no help from Customer Service. I hired someone to install them who relied on his expertise and successfully installed them.

Didn't get all the parts to the blinds

We ordered new blinds for all the windows in our home. The blinds came and they are good quality and fit into the hardware we already had on the windows. The issue came when one set of blinds did not include the wand. I let Select Blinds know and they put in an order for the wand. It's been 6 weeks since we ordered the blinds and still don't have the wand. I've reached out to customer service 4 times and gotten zero answers. You can't even talk to a person - they make you text or live chat. The whole thing is very sketchy. I could have driven across the country and picked up the wand by now. It sucks that we are unable to close our blinds and have to feel like people are watching us/able to see us at night. Every customer service person says the date that the wand is expected to ship. Either that date has already passed (they can't verify if it's shipped or not) or that date passes and we hear nothing back. I don't understand why they simply can't get us the wand. I won't be using Select Blinds again.
