Was unable to receive the offer listed on website upon checkout; each time was told that I needed to speak to a sales specialist, who never returned calls or emails. Terrible company

The blinds look wonderful however one of the motors is broken. We have had the blinds for 2 months and you expect you customers to change the motor themselves?!?! They are brand new... you should have replaced the blinds. Stupid

I received blinds too small in width and called and reported. I was supposed to hear back in 48 hours and it had been more than 100 hours

We bought blinds from here to go in our new home 5 years ago and were very happy with them. We moved again and purchased from here again. Blinds are easy to install and are great quality.

I really like the blinds. They are effective for screening out bright light and heat. They are also very attractive looking.
The one downside is that I had to re tension both of them, which was kind of a pain. They would not roll up at all until I had to hand roll them to work right. I found that kind of annoying so that's why I took off a star.

I was very happy with the quality of the shutters. It's very convenient to order them on line and much less expensive than having a company come out to measure and order them. Also very easy to install if you're handy.

Perfect fit, reasonable price, love the color, and easy to install.

The samples made the difference. The shades are well constructed. Fabric is good quality.

Did receive my order however I am not able to install the blinds just yet as my overall project got delayed (I am awaiting the installation of all new windows before I will install the blinds).
I will leave applicable review once I will finish doing that

Great to have samples, ease of using website, selection is amazing.
Very difficult to install due to poor instructions and no help from Customer Service. I hired someone to install them who relied on his expertise and successfully installed them.

We ordered new blinds for all the windows in our home. The blinds came and they are good quality and fit into the hardware we already had on the windows. The issue came when one set of blinds did not include the wand. I let Select Blinds know and they put in an order for the wand. It's been 6 weeks since we ordered the blinds and still don't have the wand. I've reached out to customer service 4 times and gotten zero answers. You can't even talk to a person - they make you text or live chat. The whole thing is very sketchy. I could have driven across the country and picked up the wand by now. It sucks that we are unable to close our blinds and have to feel like people are watching us/able to see us at night. Every customer service person says the date that the wand is expected to ship. Either that date has already passed (they can't verify if it's shipped or not) or that date passes and we hear nothing back. I don't understand why they simply can't get us the wand. I won't be using Select Blinds again.

Quality, accurate, easy install, fast service!
I've installed a variety of Select Blinds window treatments in four rental units and have been super impressed every time.
