I hate it

The shade juts out nearly 3" from the wall, creating a huge gap where light and drafts can come in. I reached out to SelectBlinds several days ago and have heard nothing. Do not buy this shade.

Accurate and responsive

I've ordered from Select Blinds before and was pleased again when my order was handled accurately and promptly. Finished product was delivered as expected, and customer service was helpful canceling an initial order in the wrong size. Select Blinds also honored a warranty replacement near the end of the 3-year period.

Non existent customer service

Blinds arrived with multiple issues and when I tried to follow up on a replacement was shuffled around to multiple people every 2 days, who never helped or answered the issue. They would only say that a lump shade with uneven pleats and not the size I ordered was okay according to their manufacturer. Way to expensive to not receive what I ordered.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I followed their website instructions to measure my window space exactly as advised, since they claim to make the shades slightly smaller to ensure a proper fit. When the shade arrived, it was too big and didn't fit into the bracket—completely useless.

I reached out to customer service, but instead of addressing the issue, they informed me of a strict no-refund policy. They offered to send a replacement in the same incorrect size, which makes no sense since they already got it wrong once. Now I'm stuck with a product I can't use and no resolution in sight.

This company does not take accountability for their mistakes, and I would caution anyone considering ordering from them. Their measuring instructions are misleading, and their customer service is unhelpful at best. Avoid if you can.

Not happy with them

I ordered 600 worth of blinds. All were good except the most expensive. They wouldn't help me, just wanted to screw me for more money than I originally paid for the blind. Will never use them again.

The wand on the blinds Does Not Work.

On 11-24-24 I spoke with Sanjay concerning the non-working wand. I sent you videos of the wand not working. Sanjay said " my video would be reviewed and I would hear back from Select Blinds in 3-5 days. It's been 15 Days and I have not heard back. I have tried to call but have been put on hold for over an hour. I have ordered 4 Blinds and have only had problems with 1. I was planning on ordering more Blinds, But I am not very happy with my experience so far.
