Frustrating experience

My blinds were not provided with the appropriate mounting hardware and it took 3 weeks to have the hardware sent. Through the process there were no updates on shipment and I contacted customer service 4 times before they were able to provide me with any update on the shipment. Each time I called customer service there was a 30-45 minute wait to speak to anyone.

Service is not good

Quality of the product is good but service is very poor. I ordered a cellular blackout blind from them that arrived about 10 days after the order but did not have appropriate mounting hardware included. I both called and chatted with them on the website and they put in orders to have the hardware sent but it never went through or was shipped and it has been over a week. They similarly just keep saying it will come but they do not. If you do have issues with the product provided they do not seem to provide adequate assistance.

Does not fit as I ordered

For the price, the blinds tend to break & a bit brittle & the measurements I ordered width wide are short for my windows. They've always been 72 inches wide, but the blinds run short.

Horrible experience

This was my second time using select blinds and it was a horrible experience. One of the measurements were off and a motorized blind needed troubleshooting. Spent over 2 hrs on the phone trying to resolve only to be advised to record myself performing the same troubleshooting steps. I still haven't gotten a replacement for the defected product and multiple attempts to get someone on the line again has been impossible.

We'd been shopping for window treatments for our family room and dining room for weeks, both in stores and online at a bunch of places. We looked at all sorts of options and finally decided that Roman shades would work best for us. We definitely wanted light filtering shades with a liner, but found out that was a tough combination to find at other stores. But we did find them at SelectBlinds! We found fabrics we liked and measured everything carefully using the guides on the website. The prices were better than anywhere else we'd found and the style and options were perfect. Everything shipped a little earlier than we expected, and was well-packed so nothing was damaged. Finally, our new shades fit just right and the installation was really easy and quick. Overall, this was a great experience and I'm very happy that we found SelectBlinds for this project!

Expensive motorized just falls down

My product is literally junk. Falls down consistently, doesn't roll up or roll down and tangles itself. Huge waste of money

Our custom blinds were made and shipped earlier than expected. I wasn't able to get the motorized blinds to work. Tech support wasn't able to resolve the problem over the phone. They emailed a troubleshooting guide. Within 5 minutes the blinds were working. The wand was in Sleep Mode. I think the troubleshooting guide should be included with every motorized blinds shipment!

The blinds arrived as described. The tips for the measuring worked well.
The only issue was the lengthy delay receiving the blinds. They appear to ship from China on a very slow boat.
