As I wrote in my BBB review, Charlaine's response time and messaging were outstanding. I added that as a former trainer of inside sales representatives and customer service personnel, I would have been inclined to use Charlaine approach to her profession as the ideal to be imitated for those hoping to succeed in that demanding field.
I was charged early for my free trial and the add-on of reality games for a dollar for 2 days. When that early charge appeared I was really worried that this was going to be a big process hassle, but it was not! Hats off to the customer service department, I'd give five stars but for the early charge.

Feels too much like you been locked in a teen's world. The site is missing a more significant presence in older women. ADULT offers slightly more here, so I went to them after a comparison. Otherwise, photos and stories are great.

A good but the withdrawal was very big problem at camsurf so was repeatedly unnecessarily deducted money that should be better or simply designed with the terminating
I was illegally charge money for a subscription that I canceled the same day that I got the subscription and have the emails to prove it and I was charge for a monthly subscription and it wasn't even a full month yet y'all are scammers and didn't resolve the issue
I cancel membership but its not succesful, and i got money deducted from my bank account, so I asked for refund and the staff reject me in a really rude way

I have been trying to resolve my problem with your billing for over a week now. My credit card shows a billing on September 30th for the two items I signed up for with a bill of $119.95 and one for 9.95. Yet my Access to the sites in question are not working. I was told that my credit card company denied the purchase, yet it is on my most recent bill and I have checked online and currently the bill is still there and there is no refund of the amounts. I do not get a straight answer. All I get is the suggestion that I sign up again as my account has been closed. I didn't close it, SEGPAY did. I asked if SEGPAY was then going to set up the new account as I have been billed. As yet, I have not had a straight answer. I am going to contact my credit card carrier tomorrow. Poor service, poor answers and no access= Bad business!

Had a strange charge come through. I emailed them saying I didn't approve of the charge. Not even a few hours later I was notified that I was being refunded and the refund indeed came through.

I noticed on my PayPal account a transaction which I knew I hadn't authorised. It was through Segpay. I e-mailed them straight away with my concerns and was very surprised by such a swift response to the matter to which they looked into it and resolved it in less than 24 hours. Very impressive. Thankyou Segpay.

I requested password as I didn't receive. I told them it wasn't in spam and to resend or give more information to locate password email. They dust told me to check spam again. I called the number and they said they couldn't help me and to just respond to email.
I submitted the following to Segpay customer service on October 26:
I did not intend to cancel my subscription to xconfessions.com. I received a notice from my credit card company (Bank of America) that my payment was declined because it appeared suspicious, and asked me to verify that I authorized the payment. I responded that I had authorized it, and they sent another notice saying "If there were declined transactions, please try again." If you are willing to try the transaction again, please do so. Otherwise, please let me know what I should do at this point to continue my subscription.
I wrote to https://cs.segpay.com/ and explained the situation, and all I got back was a response from Wilema saying "Your membership is already expired. You will no longer be billed for this subscription."
Wilema's response did not address my request to resubmit the payment so I could continue the subscription.

My feet finder was supposed to renew and I had it all set up but they just canceled for no reason. Then I kept messaging to reinstate it and no one messaged me back for like a week and they're telling me to sign up again. I'm not getting my money now
