Very unhelpful

First they tried the customer doesnt understand how things work, then they gave another answer which is obvious and still doesnt resolve my issue or does what i asked. So were totally unhelpful and issue is still not resolved. All i want is for them to delete my card details, which is my right, they have no right to keep all my card details on file when i have requested they delete them. In todays world with GDPR maybe they need training both in regualtions, data privacy and also how to talk to customers. I am not asking for my transaction to be removed from history, just my card from future use in their database. I do not want the website or segpay to remember my card details. Instead they are happy to tell me them keeping my card details is as safe as any other bank or card issuer which has little to do with anything. Nor does their 2nd response which was basically just dont purchase from the website again and your card wont be charged. Which is obvious.
Given 1 star for replies received within same week but 0 stars for the actual response

Ho pagato 120 euro e sono stati addebitati al mio conto corrente ma i crediti non si sono visti. Non sono stati mai accreditati. Ho dovuto far ricorso al reclamo di PayPal ma nonostante tutto ancora aspetto i crediti.

En faisant une souscription d'abonnement du site réallifecam; je me suis trompé de demande, j'avais demandé par erreur la formule Standard à 54,95 euros pour 90 jours au-lieu de la formule prenum + replay à 44,95 euros pour 30 jours, j'ai donc demandé au service segpay s'il pouvait annuler cette commande et me rembourser pour que je puisse faire une autre commande, celle de prenium + replay, ce qui a pu ëtre fait par votre aimable conlaboration. Mille merci

Y subscribing to the reallifecam site; I made the wrong request, I had mistakenly requested the Standard formula at 54.95 euros for 90 days instead of the prenum + replay formula at 44.95 euros for 30 days, so I asked the segpay service if he could cancel this order and reimburse me so that I could make another order, that of prenium + replay, which could be done by your kind collaboration. Cancellation of accout

It took a while but no problems occurred. I appreciated the way I was handled. I decided to cancel my account due to the fact I wasn't using it and paying for it and others I had put a dent into my retirement pay. So decided to cancel the account.

You promised to answer in 48 hours

You haven't answered me in 48 hours has you promised your customers. I had to write you again 4 days after to let you know I haven't got any answer about you. When I called you at first I just told the lady I was not going to renew my subscription for the next coming month for the Brandtboys Website I never said to cancelled it.
Then you wrote me back to let me know you are gaving me back my money.My request was so simple to understand I asked the lady to send me an email with a confirmation mentioning I would not renew my membership to have a proof that I wasn't renewing it but I still had some weeks left on my subscription so I could still go on the website until the last day of my subscription.
Here I am once more giving you more explanations
