Absolutely terrible! I have asked several times that my account be cancelled! I asked weeks before it was due to renew and still it renewed! I WANT IT CANCELLED AND MY FUNDS RETURNED ASAP! Your business is terrible and customer service is worse! REFUND MY MONEY AND CANCEL THE DAMNED ACCOUNT AND STOP DOING SHADY THINGS!

Stop your IT team from delivering Customer Service to non-IT customers. I.e. All of them They may be good to deliver Customer Services from a B2B POV but not from a B2C one..

I don't intend to describe the disgraceful service you have provide for the 5th time, as you have ignored my previous four reviews. Suffice it to say, that I have been charged three times for the same service which I expected to cost about $AUS30, for a total of around $AUS150, thus far.
