I'm so grateful with support seeking alpha. Excellent because they helped me very quickly, resolving my issue and Baphira, the perso who attended me, wonderful. In general Seeking Alpha is Excellent.

This is one of the worst services I have ever used. Starting off with the good, the app works fine. The information provided isn't earth shattering and can easily be found for free within your normal trading apps. I find no reason at all someone would actually pay for their service. After using their service for a year, yeah I'm that sucker that paid for a full year i fill it was a complete waste of money to add insult to injury I was auto charged for this upcoming year and when I finally realized I was charged I asked for a prorated refund which I have been denied. I guess there own stock picks arnt working for them and they need my money. I would recommend never using this company but if you do please remove your payment method from them so they don't rip you off even more.

I took advantage on 2/21/22 of their 14 day 1/2 price offer free trial on the "premium service" with no charge until after the free trial period.
You cannot share your subscription w your spouse/partner either.
They charged my credit card immediately.
I canceled on the 12th day and now I'm trying to get a refund. So far unsuccessful.
Update: I was contacted by SA and they said the free trial was not available when you use Apple Pay which THEY offered as a payment option.
They offered an additional 14 day free trial but I declined.
I did get my money back by rejecting the charge on my cc
I have updated the stars fr one to two for their effort.

I'm subscribed to some premium SA services. Unfortunately their chat software is faulty, it keeps freezing during the time of any significant market volatility. Usually that's the best time to take/exit trades.
Last chat was faulty AGAIN (failures come on a regular basis, that is easy to confirm by monitoring their forums) and I missed trade alerts and that resulted in me occuring a financial loss.
I contacted SA support and requested a compensation. Unfortunately that request was refused and I wasn't granted even any sort of promo code. Company took completely ZERO responsibility of their faulty service. Lack of compensation was described as a normal business practice not to compensate on minor outages. SHAME ON

I like seeking Alpha as a lot goes on there, the premium services are the best. I have/am a member on the market place and it can be hit and miss but lots are 2 week trial so find out. What really stands out is the ability to cancel/halt paid membership, I have never had a problem with them stopping or cancelling and it can all be done from the site. Lots of premium sites make you contact them to cancel. If I was starting again, I go for Seeking Alpha premium and carefully follow the authors as often they only delay 2 days from the paid market place. Seeking Alpha is in my view far and away the best of these sites and lots for $29.99 pm or less on the annual. Just be careful as you can find too much on there and get a headache!

Different opinions from different authors on the same stock. Macro and micro articles also helping you decide the trades. Real time quotes with several profiles and daily/weekly reviews of your profiles and letting you know if the stock rating has changed very helpful!

Sonal, the service rep who answered my message, was efficient and communicated very efficiently while working on the issue. He took ownership of the problem and stuck with it until it was resolved. Sonal is a great example for other service reps to learn from.
SeekingAlpha is a great service. I have literally 7- financial data analysis apps. SA has the full array of tools and professional insights for a novice or a pro! The desktop web app is best-in-class too. No matter where I choose to access the service- I can.

I just subscribed to the premium service and had some questions. They do a fantastic job of responding with a very innovative email that lists in detail what your concern and question is and status of etc. really nice you can be sure they took time to listen to your concern timely response also. Thumbs up for them so far great job! Alan B.

Had a problem loading data from my broker. The support team at Seeking Alpha responded immediately, diagnosed my problem, and updated me with progress as a vendor worked through the issues. I took a couple weeks to resolve, but I was very pleased with the level of service.

A good service has become worthless since SA embraced the old chestnut: Elliott Wave Theory. There isn't any statistical work that supports this woebegone analysis.

Seeking Alpha is a great investment research website. Easy to use - very intuitive. Lots of information both pro and con on all kinds of investments. It helps you make money and save money. What more can you ask for?

I like the portfolio portion, how it keeps track of my stocks performance YTD. The seeking alpha research is phenomenal, especially telling you about the over all performance of the stock that's being researched. The ratings and reviews of stocks are very helpful. I love the latest news that keeps you updated about everything that has to do with stocks, the market, financial news in general. Love the information on earning reports. I like the authors as well. I'm very please with Seeking Alpha's financial knowledge, it really helps me make wise decisions when choosing a stock to buy or short for profit. The monthly payment is well worth the investment for the information you received. I believe you will receive 100,000 percent return on your money from the sound decisions you will make from such information received from Seeking Alpha.

Very extensive and insightful research. Opposing views on stocks allows you to get "lost in the weeds".
