Very helpful with some questions I had before purchase. Item was shipped quickly and was well packaged.

One issue_ I was advised that I had not completed my order online and that it had not been processed. So I ordered the same items again. Only to find out the first order had been processed./ So I received everything twice and was billed for everything twice.

The documentation was sparse. No CD that was referenced was included. Still figuring out how to access system from my cell phone (the qr code doesn't work) and from my laptop (pc software doesn't load right).

Great online experience but cant seem to get a contractors account open with office people!

Nice unit, the only thing is my system (DVR) is way to old to use it right now. Will save it for the up-coming upgrade project when i'll have to replace several REALLY old cameras (9+ yrs). For the small $'s paid, it's no prob it didn't work on the old DVR. Brian in support helped a lot in the tentative selection of the new DVR, just have to figure out if i can use my old HDDs.
