S.C.K has some of the most knowledgeable and friendly people in the business. They also now their products which you cannot say about bestbuy or HomeDepot.
I have purchased one bullet camera. I will return to purchase seven more and in the near future I will be purchasing a DVR.
All was well with ordering, quality and delivery, however I never received a copy of an invoice. Perhaps it flashed on the screen and I failed to print it, assuming that a copy would be e-mailed to me. Not a major issue since I used PayPal as method of payment and was able to get proof of payment from them.

This is the second dvr I have purchased from SecurityCameraKing. I have no problem with the equipment, but I never receive the CD or any printed material to help with the setup. I always have to call tech support (which is great) to get everything set up and to learn about the features of the dvr's. It would really help to get a manual of some kind or the cd that is mentioned several times in various places on the website. Even tech support was surprised that I did NOT receive any documentation whatsoever.
Easy to navigate and looking for the products on website. Price is good with discount coupon. Personal notes make sure your DVR or NVR can handle 8K camera when upgrades your system.

Great prices, easy checkout but need to update specs for pole mount for alliance ptz, like LxWxH and diameter of the base...
