So far... excellent experience
It was easy as pie,but we need to return the items and I am having a hard time getting a hold someone to speak with, email was good up to the point where I OK'd for us to get a return # and have not heard from anyone.
I had to call to followup on this order 3 different times since I placed the order on-line. There was no timeline given and when I called to see if it had shipped, I was told they weren't sure what was going on. They then told me to expect a call back from the supervisor. I had to call back in 2 hours later to see what the hold up was.
We purchased one of these cables a few weeks ago and it was defective. We are giving it another try to see if we get one that works.
This new cable worked fine.
Everything went smoothly, the site is easy to use, very informative, I ordered the equipment and it was delivered as expected. Everything seems to be in working order so far, I've had a few questions for tech support, they have been very responsive.
One thing that might be really helpful for someone like me with little-to-no experience with this type of equipment is to maybe have an interactive security system builder so that a person could select their equipment and place it in the builder to see where it fits, maybe what pieces are needed to get it working, things I never thought of.
Regardless, it was good experience.

Good service, items arrived at time as expected. Now testing the camera, lot of features, internet ready, gorgeous Android app, works really fine. Access control board under testing now.
Great web site. The font size at checkout is rather small.
First time on this site. And I purchased the item and attempted to get some technical support because my assisting cameras did not come up. To this date (8/15/2016) I haven't heard anything from the technical support personnel. Now, I must say that I am impress with the site but there isn't enough D-I-Y instructions that can assist a novice. Could it be that this site is for professional companies requiring installations, ONLY.
A little disappointed with the technical support. With that said, "Thank you!"
