I am a very regular shopper at secret sales, the reason for this is that I always seem to find designer products which I am attracted to and at usually low prices, the added incentive for me purchasing more is the loyalty system, I receive e vouchers to spend and at the moment free postage. On occasions they also offer discounts for loyal customers which makes the already great offers amazing offers so I couldn't really ask for more. Keep the fantastic offers coming secret sales!

I ordered a beautiful Michael Kors bag on the 29th May - delivery between 13th June and 1st July - I was skeptical due to the delivery time frame. Received an email on the 26th June saying my order was delayed - I replied asking why and they said it would be dispatched by the 1st July. At 7pm on the 1st July I received an email telling me my order has been cancelled.
I am so disappointed by this service - I have been waiting for over a month for my Michael Kors bag, excited - wondering if it will be waiting for me when I get home from work each day. They left it to the last minute to tell me my order never existed. I will never use this site again.

I absolutely love this website! Best places for big brands at discounted prices. I wouldn't trust any other site when it comes to discounted designer products. I love this website soo much i decided to write about it. It has loads of offers that really make a difference on your wallet if your into designer wear, so i can but twice the amount for the same money i would spend on the high street, i also love their loyalty scheme. I've been using SecretSales for a couple of years now and have had some great bargains. When I have had queries it's been easy to speak to a real person which is also a big plus to me.
A few people have mentioned the delivery times, but note that each sale will have it's own delivery time-frame, and is clearly stated when things will not ship from the supplier until after the sale event has finished.
I've had all sorts from clothes to luggage and continue to review the daily sales alert email for new deals. If you find yourself using the site a lot, have a look at the unlimited delivery option.

I love to shop with Secretsales. They always have such a range of products from fantastic suppliers. The added benefit of always making a saving is just the icing on the cake. I find myself always checking secretsales first to check if they have what i need, whether it being on a open sale or on the outlet.
In terms of service, i couldn't fault them. Once you order you are kept informed on the order and its expected delivery date. Any queries you only have to call or email them and someone gets back to you asap. Not often you find a shop whom prides themselves on offering products at fantastic prices without risking quality.
