I have ordered lots of stuff from Secret Sales. The quality is always very good, the selection of goods on offer is varied and desirable. I have only ever sent shoes back because they were too narrow but I loved them and was willing them to fit me. Service is great and you never need to worry about anything, Staff are always available to help you.

A couple of years ago I gave Secretsales a glowing review. This time I am writing to tell you that things are no where near so good with that company anymore. Customer care has gone downhill. They only give you voucher credit when you return an item and you'd have to argue for your money refund. What's more the vouchers are for a limited time only and if not used they become void. Royalty Rewards where withdrawn without notification and so no more free delivery for good customers. What's more they didn't honor mine which had a month or so to go before enacting their new rule. I have stopped shopping with them. It's a shame.

Been shopping from secretsales for a while now and I have enjoyed the whole experience. Customer service is great and the products are genuine.
Never had to return any item as I am satisfied with all items bought.

Secret sales has something for everyone, designer goods at great prices, affordability for the masses, i have recommended them to numerous friends and they are all impressed! I love getting loyalty vouchers which gives me greater bargains!

These guys make it almost impossible to return stuff - even when it's faulty.

So you sometimes have to wait a little bit for delivery but all good things are worth waiting for. Used this company more than a dozen times recently. Really high quality products at good prices and new things coming in all the time. Communication, packaging and delivery are all great. Customer service has been excellent on the rare occasions that I've had to contact them. Would thoroughly recommend.

I'm a regular secret sales user and why not with good quality brands and goods for resonable prices. It's easy to return or exchange an item if needed. Also their new loyalty scheme give me added insentive to keep coming back!

Didn't realise I've been shopping with Secret Sales for 2+ yrs now. I've notice that they been trying to improve customer experience since and that makes me wanting to go and check what's up there on a daily basis.

Brilliant site, the discounts are genuine, as are the brands. I haven't been disappointed with any of my purchases, including the high end goods. Would recommend this if you like good quality brands.
