I was a bit unsure about sizing when I ordered my jacket and trousers, but it turned out better than expected. The fact that they allow space for alterations is such a plus. Totally worth it in my opinion.

Worst experience ever!

Placed a $1500 suit order. Realized two weeks later that it would not arrive on time so I started calling and emailing their " no hassle" return policy, nobody ever responded, I had no choice but to send back to the address on the box, the day they saw I did that they all of a sudden responded saying it was not within the return period ( of course not they intentionally didn't respond and waited the 7 days to pass), the suit quality wasn't even worth more than $400 I sent it back intact and they kept both the suit and my money. I'm still disputing this with Klarna. Save yourself lots of problems and buy a real suit from a real company. Also read all the other bad reviews because they are true!

The product didn't fit — it was a complete nightmare. I ended up giving the entire suit away because nothing fit. At the last minute, I had to pay double to get a suit tailored overnight in New York.

We offered to exchange but I guess that is not enough? We made it in the size you ordered. It did not fit to your liking because you ordered the wrong size. All we can do is exchange for the correct size. This doesn't make our customer service trash.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

June 2025. Ordering a suit for my wedding (beginning of October 2025)…standard classy, black suit - when it arrived, not only was the suit size way off (too small) from what I had been directed by a tailor but the material was lackluster. Nothing like what the website or social media portrays. So I initiated an exchange for a suit of higher cost (because refunds are apparently not possible). Then an entire month has gone by, just in the replacement and ordering of the new suit. Order placed 7/2/2025 - several weeks go by before receiving delivery. I ordered a size up in the jacket (46) and was never told that the fit would be different from the size I had previously tried, prior to the purchase, even though I had communicated that the previous size was too small. The jacket I received fit tighter than the size 44 I had already returned. On top of that, I was told I would need to take it to a tailor, but the issue was with the structure of the shoulders—not something a tailor can fix with little extra fabric. The point to point sizing was off by nearing 3 inches. Not. Even. Close. This should have been considered by the team before selling it. On top of that, after confirming my shoe size, I was told the jacket and shoes would ship together that same day. Instead, I later found out (without any communication upfront) that the shoes that I had purchased were actually sold, now that size is out of stock and the inventory was wrong. I was sold a pair of shoes that weren't even available, and only after asking did I find out that the manufacturer is closed until mid-September. My wedding is the first week of October this year, which makes this delay unacceptable. I chose Sebastian Cruz because of the reputation they present online, but this experience has felt closer to Mens Wearhouse-level service. Communication and accountability have been poor, and the situation has been extremely frustrating. Now, still receiving no communication to dozens of texts, emails and calls regarding a status update on the corrected jacket size or the shoes, with two weeks until my wedding AND once received (IF RECEIVED) I will still have to find a tailor to taper and fit the suit appropriately with basically no notice. Horrible customer service. Will never get back to you. In an email chain with 3 reps from the company and still can't get a response from any

I emailed and cancelled the order within 24 hours because I was traveling and I told them that however they sent the order when they knew I was back without confirmation. When I tried to call for days there was no answer and no one called me back via email it took over a week and they will only exchange. We had been going back and forth via email and suddenly they stopped communicating, so I had to dispute the charge. Simply awful to deal with

On July 7th you told us to hold the order to ensure it shipped after you got back from town. That's what we did. Not sure why you would say you emailed us within 24hrs to cancel. That was definitely not the case. We followed your instructions.

I've placed many orders with Sebastian Cruz Couture and couldn't be happier. The best experience was when I ordered a custom limited edition coat but it was too big... They accepted it back and sent me a replacement that fit amazing. All of my other orders for stock sizes have been fantastic. The suits seem to have a slightly larger cut, but I view this as a plus as I can bring it to a local tailor who can tinker with it and make it fit like it's custom. Needless to say, the quality of the clothes is outstanding, and the communication is personalized and top notch. They included a free button for me last time when I lost one from a jacket. I'll be a loyal customer for a very long time.

Trash order not fulfilled

I paid an extra fee to have my outfit delivered before May 3. I received everything but the shoes by May the first. Still have not received the shoes. I would like for the shoes to be removed from my bill and have not received a response or resolution from the store yet. Therefore I will not do business with you guys ever again

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from your company, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I received a personal text message from Cesar Cruz, who offered me a 30% discount and recommended my perfect size and fit. Based on his guidance, I placed the order, as I urgently needed the shoes for a gala I was attending that Friday. I was reassured that my order would be tagged for delivery by Wednesday. Unfortunately, that promise was not kept, and I didn't receive my shoes until Friday at 7 PM, just before the event. Upon opening the box, I discovered that the shoes were the wrong size. This was incredibly frustrating, especially considering this was the second time I had ordered shoes from your company and received the wrong size. After numerous attempts to reach customer service, I was either unable to get through or never received a return call. When I finally contacted you via text on that Friday, I received a response claiming that the shoes had been "stretched to a size 8.5." This excuse felt completely inadequate, and I was disappointed that the company did not take responsibility for the mistake. The return process was time-consuming, stressful, and exhausting. While I eventually received a refund with the explanation that I was sent the wrong size, the entire ordeal has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. After conducting further research, I discovered that other customers have had similar negative experiences, which has reinforced my decision to no longer shop with your company. This has been a major learning experience, and I will not be returning as a customer. I can guarantee this review will not be on their website as all the reviews on the website shows great positive feed back which everyone is left asking if they purchased those reviews. Lol
