I ordered a scarf I saw on their social media, and it took 15 days to arrive. The waiting time wasn't bad, and everything went well. I got a bit scared after ordering when I saw some of the other reviews, but in the end, everything turned out fine. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

Never received full order that was placed on Nov 23 2025 now going on nearly 2 months. Numerous calls, emails with no answer, I have only been able to connect three and the first two times they stated they placed me on hold and stated they would get with the production team and then stated they did not respond and will get back with me. The third time I was able to get through the played same game and that is when I requested a refund and they still stay they need to escalated and someone will reach out within 48 hours which has never occurred the other time. This company is a scam and I will start a collective lawsuit against this fraudulent company.

I rang them to check on my order and they were upfront and easy to deal with, then followed up with a callback once the details were confirmed. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the craftsmanship is obvious the moment you put it on.

Terrible. Sent me the wrong jacket in the wrong size and when I reached out to customer service phone number, it went to voicemail abd they emailed me. When I emailed back letting them know all of the issues, I was ignored for almost a month before a response saying "sorry your emails were going to spam".

Just received my full suit today and I'm really impressed. I'm glad I took the time to submit my measurements the fit turned out great. As a nice surprise they even included a free pocket square. Solid experience and quality craftsmanship.

The color was way off it's not white it's a beige. This store has the worst customer service I've encountered.
