The Leap chairs I purchased arrived looking almost brand new and were by far the lowest price I could find. The shipping was quick and I'm really satisfied. I will definitely buy from seatingmind.com again.
My experience was very good. I purchased a Steelcase Amia chair for our employees to tryout. It was amazing that 7 people of different heights and sizes found this chair to be very adjustable and comfortable. I purchased 7 more and our employees are excited for this shipment to arrive.
I would have liked to have been able to speak with someone on the phone at seating mind but my questions were answered via email. Shipping seems to be a little slow, too. However, the chair made up for any small inconveniences.

It was easy to find and order my chair of choice. It was delivered in a timely manner. I was a bit surprised when the item was delivered without a receipt or any paperwork on the chair itself.
Purchased 4x Herman Miller Aeron with posture fit and when they arrived I installed the 4 bolts. I pushed all 4 of these chairs into our office and the minute we sat down, 2 of the mesh portions split. 1 hour later the 3rd chair did the same thing. Besides the mesh portions, the chairs do not tilt all the way back, some of the plastics on these chairs are broken. The quality is subpar from what I would expect from a Herman Miller product. I am not satisfied.

Chair arrived as advertised. Delivery was on time. Very happy with chair, though no assembly instructions were included with item.
A cable to the Posture-fit component was frayed with wire exposed. After contacting seatingmind.com, they agreed to send a new cable at no charge.
Overall, I would recommend this company and I would do business with them again.
I asked for a return call from the sales associate which returned the day of however I missed that call. He asked for me to call him tomorrow and I did however that day he never returned my call. I then began to email him and he passed me to several people there with no response except a rude email from client support. Lol. This place is extremely unprofessional and I have posted a similar review on other sites. Oh I forgot they still haven't placed a credit onto my credit card yet and it's been close to two weeks. I will take action no later than tomorrow. The BBB has accepted my complaint. This place really is terrible.
I ordered a new chair and it was definitely used. I did get a good price on it but none the less it was quite used and that was not the description of the item. I'm happy with it none the less.
Understandably this is a refurbished item although the item arrived dirty and not in an ideal condition. I would have expected that someone would have atleast made and attempt to clean the chair. The base of the chair was extremely dirty to the point that I returned the chair. I was expecting much more for the price of a refurbished chair. Communication from customer service was rather unprofessional in my opinion. It was as if they were sending text messages with two word responses or short phrases (e.g. "can you ck please on this", "Next week") rather than professional messages via email.
The web site was easy to navigate, product selection was very good, and ordering was simple with several payment options available. I had been looking for a specific model chair for some time (old chair aggrieved back problems) and had not been able to find the chair I wanted for an affordable price. I did a search and located Seatingmind.com, they had the chair I needed and the price was considerably cheaper than new. Delivery was timely and the chair arrived well packaged. It hardly looks like it had been used. My wallet thnaks you and my back thanks you!
The chair is great. It came late and customer service was slow to respond and they did so with curt, unprofessional messages. The chair also did not arrive in the advertised "like new" condition, but they were kind enough to refund a portion of the cost. So a mixed experience but in the end I got a chair I love at a good price, so I would still recommend this to anyone interested.
Not sure if I received the wrong size or if I order the wrong size but it seems to be too small
It looks like a refurbished product with scratches and dust. The screws were not new either. I feel cheated.
We received our chairs however they are in pretty bad shape compared to what we expected, they are both dirty and beat up. We were expecting like new/refurbished condition but these two chairs both have immediate visible issues.
Chair #1: Stains on the seat, chips on the plastic, soiled seat with white dust all over it and just looks beat up all around.
Chair #2: Fabric on the seat looks like it was hastily replaced and on day two of use is bunching in the back and the arm rests are worn out.
We decided to go with you guys because we thought saving a little money on the purchase couldn't hurt as it looks like your reviews etc are good.
Pretty disappointed with the product we received and honestly dont really want these-in the condition they are in-in our office.

Horrible experience, believe this company is a total scam. Ordered a FULLY OPTIONED Herman Miller Chair, didn't get communication or a tracking number, so after a couple weeks reached out to them. Finally received correspondence and they were building my chair... that sparked them to grab a stripped down OLD, USED, DAMAGED, NASTY DIRTY chair and shipped it to me. Was also missing the headrest we paid additional for, and the lumbar support was the cheap version and not the upgraded one we ordered and paid for. They do not answer their phones ever, so after a couple emails with photo proof the condition and after about 2 days finally received correspondence. They tried to deny the issue, but we demanded a return shipping label and shipped it back. Couple weeks later they refund holding back 20%, so we contacted and they are stating they kept 20% as a restocking fee... completely unacceptable as they did not ship what was ordered. We challenged them sending again photos proving the issue and then they stopped corresponding. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY in my eyes.

I didn't receive the item. I canceled the chair because it took too long to arive. I received confirmation that the item was being canceled and it is still in the process of being delivered. This makes no sense!

Answer: This company may be legit, but from the research I have done online after my purchase experience with them, they totally scam people with their outrageous "restocking fee" policy.
Answer: Prices. But you're getting used stuff in god-only-knows condition. Stick with garage sales. These guys are shady. Beware.
