The chair was in a very poor condition with broken items and missing parts. The customer service is very poor.
It came very dirty, especially the wheels with grease and unknown gross black chemical dirts. It took me over 1 hour to clean.
I contacted the customer service multiple times and finally made it to promise to send the broken and missing parts. But they did not send them. I bought it two months ago, and this is what I got.
Beware, customers. They may sell luxury brand chair with relatively competitive price compared to the new ones, but there is a reason for that. It is still too expensive given the poor product quality.

I was referred by a friend! I like the price, the ability to do some minor customizations (new wheels on a chair), etc. But there's vagueness on when I will actually get my chair, so we'll see how I feel then.
Absolutely avoid this company. Placed an order for a new home office chair on March 27. Received confirmation email that day verifying the correct chair and the additional Rollerblade Casters. Tracking information immediately showed that label had been printed and showed a delivery date about a week out. Received a Feedback request on the order on March 29 for ShopperApproved. Filled that out on April 6 asking where is my chair. Response told me to email orders at Seatingmind dot com to get help. Emailed them noting I have placed order 10 days ago and asking when I would get my chair. I was copied on an email asking "Abe" to check on the order and advise. Abe advised it would ship soon. Package arrived at FedEx on April 7th. Order received on April 10th. Chair was fully assembled and packed in two boxes taped together since neither box was bid enough on its own. There was no information about the chair at all, no tags, no plastic protective coverings, nothing except some bubble wrap loosely around it. No sign of the casters I paid for either. Contacted company again that day, with details on the missing casters. April 14 I looked underneath to find out why one arm is loose and to look at adjustments and noticed a large piece of the plastic structure underneath is broken off and completely missing. Also noticed that there is a missing screw below the seat on the back. Contacted company again, noted they had not responded to my message 4 days earlier and told them I wanted my money back on the chair since it was obviously not new and not even in good condition. 3 days later and still no responses to my last two contacts. When I get my money back I will never deal with these deceptive people again.
They take your money. They give you a a shotty number for tracking but I ordered March 27th 2020. The chair has yet to be shipped and their phone doesn't work and they will not respond. They havent shipped and I just want my money back.
I received a chair I paid $750 dollars for with a damaged headrest and is the COMPLETE WRONG COLOR from what I have ordered. I contacted CS via email immediately and have waited nearly a week to write this review in hopes they would respond. I have not received anything in response. I have also called the phone number on their website which states "Welcome to the auto assistant" then loops the phrase "please dial the extension number" until you hang up. I've tried pressing "0" but that is not a correct extension number. I realize these are difficult times, but not following up with a customer within a week that received a damaged chair in the wrong color for a very significant amount of money in unacceptable.
I have not received the chair yet so this is hard to say anymore.
The website was very helpful to compare the features of various chairs but once I put it in my cart the receipt does NOT reflect the various features I choose. This is an important disconnect that could lead to problems.
I received my order today and in no way is this in a 'restored to like new condition'. It was so dirty it take me over an hour to clean it up. The casters wouldn't even turn and I had to cut hair out of them to make the functional. Every piece of metal on the chair is so scratched and gouged it looks like someone dragged the chair across pavement.
I do not see how you can say this is 'like new'. I am appalled that you charge $500 for a dirty, damaged, 13 year old chair. Ridiculous.
Kinda a long shipping lead time for a very small order. Apart from that great.
Impossible reviews. This site must be a scam too. All I can find are complaints and negative reviews of Seating Mind. The company is known for damaged goods and non-delivery of orders, refusal to cancel or give refunds even within 2 hours of placing order. Customer service is non-existent. Seating Mind is no longer authorized to do business per Department of Treasury. Check out Better Business rating and review.
I ordered a Herman Miller, Aeron Type B, but measuring the chair, it looks like I received a Type C large chair. I didn't see any place to contact customer service. Ebay, just had a link for a refund. This chair will do, but was thinking about buying a 2nd chair, but holding off since I'm afraid that I won't get the correct product. Wouldn't mind speaking with someone who can clarify issue.

Easy to find what I was looking for. Paid for expedited delivery and felt it was worth the small cost. Very happy with a high quality product.
Everything went very smoothly, no issues.
Got chair in a reasonable amount of time, even in the midst of the covid-19 craziness. The chair was in excellent condition and well packaged. It was mostly put together just required 4 bolts for the back which they even included an Allen wrench for. Overall a great experience and I'm excited to have my aeron chair to WFH in!
I messaged the company to inquire about a purchase and got a boiler-plate email response, then this survey before the product had even arrived (and no one has as of yet responded to my inquiry). Great prices, robo-customer service.
Complete rip off. Cant get on phone ever. Ordered a chair on dec 19th. As of Jan 2nd was still pending. No communication etc. I cancelled the order. Was told would have the refund within a week, of course it took two weeks and its short 60 dollars. My guess is they took a restock fee for a chair they never sent, never got even to ship status. Buyer beware.
The phone number my credit card has for them goes to positive stars, which is a company that helps boost their ratings online. They obviously need it.

Answer: This company may be legit, but from the research I have done online after my purchase experience with them, they totally scam people with their outrageous "restocking fee" policy.
Answer: Prices. But you're getting used stuff in god-only-knows condition. Stick with garage sales. These guys are shady. Beware.
Answer: They're all used with blemishes and they don't always send what you order.
