I loved that the website has discount codes the shopper can use without being hidden. The quality and variety of the bathing suits were surprising and I would have bought more if I could. I also loved that after receiving my purchase I recieved a follow up email asking if I received my purchase. I will definitely buy from here again

SeaFancy gave me good customer service and feedback. They noticed that I had accidentally put two orders in for the same garment, and they let me know that they had deleted one of those orders. I thought this was extremely helpful!

Very attractive designs to choose from. Wanted to return one that didn't fit too well, but there were no tags attached to suit, it was a requirement in order to send back.
I bought a bathing suit and it wound up being too big. When I emailed to get the return information it took me over a week to get a response and they kept trying to get me to keep a product that didn't fit for a partial refund. I finally got an address to send it back to but they said I might not get a full refund if they feel it's been worn or washed. I had to take pictures of the hygiene label and pay for shipping, both ways. I don't often shop online for clothes and this is why
Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
