Return policy is misleading. You don't actually accept returns!

Customer Service isn't very professional and shipping was slow but the products are good and value for money.

Good quality but horrible shipping times! Took forever to ship and about a week longer for delivery than the website says.
The products themselves are very nice and flattering, good materials, and feel great on.

There were so many great swimsuits on the SeaFancy website and it was difficult to choose! But I'm very happy with the one I bought.

Overpriced for the material, designs are as pictured, very cute. Standard shipping takes forever, I ordered July 6 and didn't receive until July 31. I contacted customer service to cancel after 15 days but they said it was already on its way. I will not order from them again. It's easier and cheaper to just buy something out of a store.

Very slow delivery time. Swimsuit is just ok. No more for me!

Some of the swimsuits don't fit right while others are great. My advice is once you find a style that fits how you like, stick with it. The quality is great but some aren't suited well if you aren't skinny or short.

I have emailed countless times asking to return some swimwear. I am being ignored. I will not be ordering from them again and I would not recommend anyone else does. It seems they are based in the US and not the UK so I feel tricked, too.

Not Australian. Dodgy and very poorly run
Dodgy and very poorly run. They claim to be an Australian company with Australian made swimwear. They are not and the swimwear has made in China tags. They are Chinese. When trying to return two of my wrongly fitting items out of three I was told it would be better to accept 30% refund and keep the items. When pressed for an address for return it was to the USA and required tracking to be paid for also. They then offered a 65% refund because postage to return would be so expensive which I accepted as I had no choice. I did receive the refund at the reduced rate but would never buy from them again.

There was minimal communication. I was disappointed in the lack of tummy control the tummy control suit had, and the hat color and wrinkled state was disappointing. I probably will never wear the hat.

The website was easy to navigate and order from. I read other reviews that said shipping took long to get to the US so I used the faster shipping option. I was so impressed with how fast my item came and I was able to take it on vacation with em!
