When my two suits arrived in the mail I really enjoyed one of them and not so much the other. The shorts were great I loved them on both of the suits that I got, but the tops are not stretchy like a normal bathing suit. It feels like the tops were made with the wrong kind of thread. Like, the fabric itself was swim material but the thread wasn't and they feel like they have been tried on before and were stretched out.

The return process isn't really that easy. I tried to return one of the sets but had to email them and then I was offered multiple options on how to either return, exchange, or keep the suits receive a partial refund and then get a coupon for a new suit in the future. I would be more likely to buy something else from the shop if I could buy the piece of separately especially now that I know that the tops are not something that's really functional. Additionally if you want to return the suits the return fee is on you.

I like the styles and the shipping was quick. I got 2 mediums, 1 fit more like a small and the other like a large.

I was kind of skeptical when ordering but I love it. Very good quality.

This is a great Bathing suit. I am very happy. I will buy again if I find more that I like.

It took a while to even ship my order and the email updates were a little difficult to see because the print was small.

Everything was smooth. Only think that wasn't 5 stars is how long it takes to get to you.

My only trouble was not being able to track my shipping, but honestly didn't care at all once it got here. Best swimsuit I've ever purchased.

I liked about half the things I ordered and needed to return half of them for a full refund. SeaFancy does not make it easy to return things for a full refund and you have to pay 100% of the return shipping cost yourself. They will also argue with you and try to offer you a 30% refund to keep the items you don't like instead of sending them back and getting a full refund.

It would be much better if they sold the tops and bottoms of bikini sets separately so you could order them in different sizes. For one of the bikini sets I ordered, I liked the set but needed a smaller top and they would not send me one so I had to send the entire set back for a refund. Also, I thought it was deceptive that the photos of some of the swim shorts on the website make it look like they have pockets when they do NOT have pockets. It's deceptive.

After order confirmation, it took a lot longer than I expected for my product to arrive. I emailed customer support, hoping they could locate my package as I thought it was lost. I was told it was in transit and that everything was OK; I didn't need to worry. I felt taken care of and my needs identified and politely dealt with.

I like the material and style, I do wish I could have bought the top and bottoms separately since I'm different sizes. A little more yellow than green but still cute.

Great communication. Was kept up to date of when the swimmers would arrive.

Haven't had a two piece swimsuit since joining my high school swim team almost twenty years ago, but it's a pain to peel out of a one piece every time you have to go to the bathroom. Wanted to find something made out of more than three square inches of material that would solve the one piece problem while still feeling comfortable in it for an upcoming vacation. Ordered a few different styles to try and found one that works for me!
Ordering was a bit odd in that when I put the suits in my cart, they were $1 more than what the individual product pages were showing. Perhaps they were in the middle of updating prices and it wasn't showing properly everywhere. Still, they were a lot more affordable than I was anticipating when I set out looking for a company that had something I would be interested in.
I ordered 3 different suits to try, each in 2 sizes to be safe, as the size chart and the model example seemed to be telling different stories. They seem to use some unknown shipping company to start with that maybe only picks up once a week. My order sat there for quite a few days after a label was created before it started moving, but after that it arrived quickly.
Since I bought 6 suits but only needed one, I returned the other 5. The return process was a bit outdated and clunky but ultimately successful. You have to email customer support to request a return as the address on the box is not their address. They eventually provide the address to use and instructions on how to return your items, but not before trying to get you to keep the extra items. They offered to give me a 30% refund to keep the items. When I still said I would like to return them, they offered a 50% refund to keep them, although they did also provide the address and instructions in that response. Once the returns were received, it did take a couple weeks for the credit to appear on my credit card account, but it did show up eventually. Overall, support was helpful and quick to respond, even if it was annoying that the company makes them try to convince you to keep the unwanted items.

The sizing was off even though I followed the sizing guide. The material was cheap and the threads started snapping immediately. I like the concept of the style but it wasn't executed well.

I was slightly skeptical but ordered anyway. The only (kind of) issue I had was the tracking numbers were a little sketchy at first and I had no idea where my order was for a time, but then everything got situated with that and all was well. Order came in a timely manner and as expected. I ordered in February and my trip wasn't until May so I had plenty of time to recieve my items. Will be ordering again in the future!

I ordered the swimsuits in plenty of time for them to be delivered for my vacation and they did not arrive. The sizes were not what was listed. I will be returning them!

Didn't have any interaction with customer service but the site was easy to use. I used a code that was an easy process. Shipping took about 2/3 weeks but was worth the wait!
