Appalling service - No returns address. Only partial refund offered starting a 25% and only increasing to 80% after a significant amount of effort from me. Returns address apparently in the USA but no address was going to be provided. Customer service a disgrace.

This company has a terrible return policy making the customer jump through several hoops. Quality was not up to par, sewing was done poorly causing twisting of fabric. Sizing on website is not true to product, and shipping took far longer than they gave.

I'm an XL on the bottom and a M on top. I received the suit and the stitching was imperfect on the under bust, but I took in the seams to make it more fitted, ultimately I changed the elastic and it helped. The bottoms are my favorite ever.

Great suit. The sizes correspond. The first time it was dry cleaned, the second time it was washed in a machine and treated with a steamer.

I ordered 2 swim suits and 2 hats. The swimsuits material was strange. Cheap quality. If they got wet, I think they would sag. The sizing was off. I based off the size chart and I should've gotten a size smaller. I returned all items and they will not issue my refunded. Never again.

Long shipping times, but worth the wait! Great quality and true to size. Will order again.

Fabric seems looser and the small was bigger than expected. I kind of wanted to exchange but there were no instructions on how to do so.

The main issue I ran into is that I followed the size chart exactly because there weren't a lot of reviews to base my opinion on, and I have never used this site before. The suit was too big and had a fake elastic strap to tighten to there is really no way to adjust the suit. I did reach out to customer service about possibly exchange the size within the window, however found the process to be more of a hassle than anything. I would have to pay for return shipping costs AND shipping of the new suit.

So they charged me for three bathing suits and only shipped two when I contacted them that's when they told me the other one was out of stock and they can give me another one. When I told them I wanted to return the other two because it was a bit tight she said she can offer me 30% back of my refund or I can take pictures of the unused items and after they've reviewed the pictures the. They'd be able to either accept it which I'd have to pay for tracked shipping or they'd deny it. Not a super legit site.

Everything I ordered was delivered. It does take a bit, but I got my package in less than a month. Everything was great quality and fit great, other than a one piece. I do have a longish torso, so it may work perfectly fine on someone shorter! Overall satisfied with everything I purchased, quality and price!

Shipping tracking could be better. But the product came as expected and is great quality.

I never received my order. After a few weeks, I contacted SeaFancy to inquire about the status of the order. I was told that the product was out of stock. They did offer 3 options as a solution, including a full refund, which I appreciated. It would have been nice for them to be proactive in contacting me with the status instead of me having to pursue them. I am disappointed because the swimsuit I ordered was super cute and I was looking forward to wearing it on my vacation.

The products are great. I had to check in about my order over a week after it was placed in order for it to ship out.

I ordered 3 suits before a vacation hoping at least 2 of them would fit well. One was on back order and I had to choose a different color. When they arrived only 1 (the one that was a different color than I really wanted) fit well. Returning the other two was a hassle. Shipping is expensive.
