I like the website layout. Lots of pretty patterns and styles. I am trying to make a return on an item that is too big. I sent them an email I believe a little more than a week ago and haven't heard back. Not sure if the request went through.
I have had excellent communication with seafancy when I have had to return my garments. Quality was excellent, they just didn't fit. It would cost £20 to return, so I accepted an 80% refund instead. I now have an incentive to slim into them. I would definitely buy again from Seafancy

I purchased 3 suits, and one just wasn't going to work out. (the other 2 are great). When I went to try and return it, I realize I have to submit a while request to customer service just to get the form and then pay my own shipping. Not impressed.
Super cute, fits is good. The breast pads had to be taken out, the shape is not flattering at all. I will be swapping them with another swimsuit for more coverage.

This suit is rely cute... love the style and material but the bust is way too small. I cut out the bra that was in it and replaced it with a larger one. The swimsuit now is an OK fit. Wish SeaFancy sol separate tops and bottoms.

Love color & design of all 3 pieces but all 3 were too big (even though I compared my measurements to website sizing chart).
Returns are a pain. Still have not received exchange for smaller sizes that I requested. Exchange process was wrought with incredibly detailed instructions.
One item was a gift and she loved it. I personally loved the white shirt, however it is quite bigger that I wanted it, I wish it would have said it runs big because I would have ordered a smaller size. I was going on vacation and the package came the day before. I was so annoyed as it took too long to arrive from the day I ordered. I got home, sent you guys an email that I need to return 3 of the five items and need a return label. I never heard back. Please assist
