I am trying to get a refund, due to bathing suit being too small

I was offered to keep the suit and receive $20 usd back on credit card.

Communication has been terrible.

Difficult to get a refund for wrong size, but happy to exchange. The result positive.

I found your site to be easy to operate and when I tell you it was easy and direct believe it. I seems to have difficulty with computer sites from time to time and yours was definitely not one of them. Who ever you out their that put your site together...you are very right on!
I pray this swimsuit I ordered is perfect in all ways, as it's not easy to have to order online for my stuff. I liked to try on the stuff I want to buy on a computer. I have to TRUST, and that's what I'm doing with you today. Never heard of you, and have to TRUST again. Thanks you, I am looking forward to my new swimsuit very much.

Not bad, the tankini was to small so I agree for a fifteen dollar refund but I am still waiting for an answer.

Overall this site offers fun decent quality suits that offer coverage as you want. I am not sure how these suits would work for large busted women perhaps other styles would? I removed all the inner cups as I am small busted and they moved around way to much. Personally I prefer a sports bra type too.

Great service, overall no complaints, would probably order again.

No response to my email about sizes not being as advertised

I ordered my product and received it without any issue

I bought 3 swimsuits, all the same size. No problems with ordering or delivery. When 2 of the items didn't fit and I tried to return is when things got difficult. I was charged a foreign exchange fee when I originally bought the goods. I wrongly assumed that this was an Australian company.
I had no reply regarding the return procedure and was eventually informed that they had been on vacation! I was offered a $40 refund which left me out of pocket by $50.
After many more emails I was offered $76.16 refund and to keep the items that didn't fit, which I accepted. It took another few days for the refund to get onto my credit card with a foreign fee deduction of $2.21. It is an experience that I certainly will never repeat.
I would not recommend this company.

Took a while to arrive but good feedback from customer service when I emailed to ask about eta. SiIng is very off on one suit so will try to return, hope that goes well.

The designs are very cute but the fabric is pretty thin and sizes run large. I don't expect them to last long. It took a while to arrive but not excessive. Maybe I'm just spoiled with Amazon's super quick delivery.

The item arrived as expected, a long shipping process, decent quality item for the price...but delayed shipping.

The size chart is correct. The suit fits comfortable and looks great in me.
