Two days ago I requested return authorization but haven't heard back yet. Returns require authorization and are time sensitive (have to be done within 30 days), so I'm a little anxious that I haven't heard back.

I ordered 2 sizes to try since the company claims to have a 30 day return policy. Unfortunately neither looked good on me. I have followed the website instructions for returns but have not received a return label or any response at all.

I then received an email last week asking if I had received my order yet and stating that I should contact them at the email provided if I have not. When I sent an email to the email address they gave me, it bounced back - because the email address doesn't exist.

These were described as swim shorts. Be warned, they are definitely not. If anything, they're just leisure shorts. Not made of swim suit material and not even lined. If I wanted to use them as they're advertised, I'd have to buy an additional bikini bottom to go underneath and they'd still just soak up the water. Customer service is terrible too. Told them the issue and they just thanked me for my input. Asked to be able to return for a refund and have heard nothing back in a week.

I ordered swim suits over a month ago and never received them. After it taking days to receive replies from support they gave me a tracking number that doesn't work. A month and one week later ( 5 weeks) I still don't have the items I paid for.

When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
