I like the styles and colors but they don't fit like I would like ( top too tight bottoms too big or top too big bottoms and too snug) but will deal with it to see how they hold up while swimming.
I placed my order on April 4th, and received the item on April 26th. SeaFancy could do a better job clarifying the overall process to customers - I had no idea when the item would be "fulfilled" and shipped out. Having heard nothing from SeaFancy a week after my purchase, I reached out to customer service on April 11th to get a status update and was told the item was out of stock and that I could get a refund. After responding stating I would like a refund, on April 14th I received a different, automated email telling me that my order was "on its way" (though I had no indication of when it would arrive). The previous customer service contact wrote back to me on April 16th stating I would have to "wait a few more days" for the item to arrive, and provided me with an international tracking number that was different from the USPS number I had received on April 14th via the other email. I resigned myself to having wasted the $41.58 (item + shipping), and was pleasantly surprised when the swimsuit did arrive on April 26th.
The swimsuit looked as advertised, and though the color doesn't actually look that great on my skin (I am dark skinned and the model wearing the suit is white), I can't blame SeaFancy for that part. I would have preferred an option to order a small top and medium bottom (rather than both small), but both had to use the same size. I would flag that the elastic for the "Teal Colorblock Square Neck Wide Straps Sporty Bikini Top And High-Waist Boy Shorts" does run a bit tight, and for other customers to keep that in mind.
The site is fine but they send too many emails after you place your order. The tracking system isn't very good and that site is just a jumble of stuff.
I ordered a few different options because their website says they offer refunds/returns. They DO NOT! Their communication is an absolute joke. I heard from them 2 weeks after requesting and exchange for a new size and a refund for a swim suit that was not what I ordered. They literally send one message a night so there's no actual discussion and their policy is to offer a 30% refund once they receive the item but they're super cagey about where to send the item. Exchanges are not possible so you have to just order another item in the right size. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Product is great quality and can't beat price. Shipping took a while which I would have been okay with if there was follow up communication letting me know items were back ordered. I would definitely order again keeping in mind items don't come quickly.
It took a while for my purchase to actually get shipped. Once it shipped, delivery was fast. I love my new bathing suit!
The measurements lifted on the size chart put me somewhere in the range of a large depending on which measurement I looked at, but I wear a small in everything else. I went with my gut and ordered a small, which turned out to be perfect. Shipping took about three weeks even though I got several emails before it arrived asking me to review the product!
I ordered these a few weeks ago and haven't received them. I keep getting emails asking me to rate them which makes me think I should have had them by now.
Placed order on March 31. It is April 28 and I have not received my items. No person to call. Just email communication. No tracking number. Finally received a tracking number today after emailing to inquire about my order but when I look it up the tracking number it states NOT FOUND.
It took almost an entire month to get my order and the link to check where my package was, was broken.
Bathing suit is better quality than I expected. Good price for a 2-piece suit. Will see how it fares in water, but so far so good.
I thought I got frankly scammed - I would return the suits, but probably would take months to see any return, if at all, so it doesn't even feel worth it.
Nice selection - like the suits offered. Quality good - suits seem well made and materials are nice. Problems with returns - no response for several emails and still waiting to receive instructions to make a return.

When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
