Item is too small and I have been trying to reach someone via email for an address to rerun.
One of my items was out of stock but they didn't tell me that until I asked why it was taking so long to ship. When the one suit finally arrived, it for huge even though I carefully followed their measurements and even ordered a little smaller than was suggested. When I asked about returns, my emails were ignored for several days and they only offer partial compensation, which I still haven't actually seen and my last email from them was a week ago. Terrible, terrible service.
Shipped quickly, arrived just as displayed. The fit was great and order confirmation and tracking was on point.
Though the delivery took a lot longer than expected, the suits are lovely and true to the photos. I do need to exchange one for a smaller size though, and the return process seems lengthy and confusing

The product is really nice, fabrics has a nice quality. Wish I should have order a medium ones instead of large coz they are true to size. The thing I'm not a big fan is it takes a while for you to get your order, that's the only reason I gave them a four stars.
It didn't take long to get what I ordered, I have seen people been saying it took them months, but for me it took less than a month. Medium is a bit small for me, the bottom part, but it's okay.
Flattering swimsuits, but make sure you return within 30 days of arrival. Also, the swimsuits seem to run a little large. Also, emails say to contact *******@seafancy.com if we have any questions. I did, it's been 12 days with no response and I am now beyond the 30 day return/exchange window. We'll see if they will let me exchange for another size, but I am not hopeful.
The bathing suit I got was a terrible fit and not great quality. I am sending it back. I am 5'3" and 125 lbs and the top was enormous (too long and too wide). The bottoms fit ok but the elastic was ridiculously tight and they didn't look flattering at all. The suit might fit someone 6' tall. The construction of the top was flimsy so not much support at all. Hope the return process goes well.

Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
