No way I can believe the positive reviews of this company. I ordered on March 14 and I still haven't gotten my order yet. It is supposed to be here tomorrow 5/10. Almost two months after I ordered. I had to send email after email to try to figure out what was going on. I got the same response each time. Horrible customer service and horrible shipping times. Will never order from this company again. You have been warned.

I have emailed SeaFancy 3 separate times about returning my one piece suit because I ordered a size too big. They have not responded. I just received an email from sitejabber to review my order, and that is the only communication I have had with this company. Very disappointing and a waste of my time and money. I am still waiting to see if I can return this suit before the 30 day policy. SeaFancy has been unprofessional and unhelpful so far.

Shipping is super slow...took about 6 weeks. In today's world even coming from China that is slow. If I had known it was coming from China I never would have placed the order. The product was good and of nice quality. They responded quickly to the several emails I sent inquiring as to where my order was. So communication is top rate but because of shipping speed...no more orders from me.
The shipping takes longer than I would have thought so I would say that is a negative, but the quality and price of the suits are great so I would definitely buy from you guys again.
The buying process was typical. The sizing chart was a bit confusing, so I had to buy two different sizes to make sure one of them fit. So far the return process for the one that didn't fit has been slow and difficult

Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
