I tried to make return the bathing suit, because I am a large, and they sent me an extra small. It was very difficult to get customer service. When I finally did, they refused to give me the address to send back the bathing suit. I tried in four separate emails to no avail. I finally sent the bathing suit to the address on the package, even though they said not to send it to that address. I had no other choice. I am requesting a refund.
I ordered $370 worth of swimsuits. All of them are cheap quality, and some were even defective. I decided to keep 2, and return the rest because the website assures an easy return process. I submitted the email for a return label and after 3 attempts, still no response. I tried messaging on facebook and Instagram. No response. They are trying to stick me with these cheaply made suits I will never wear. BEWARE!

Shipping took a little bit longer than I expected but it's a cute suit for a good price. Only wore it twice but so far so good!

I placed an order. It took 4 weeks for it to arrive, and I had to email them three times and reach out to them on social media just to get it fulfilled.
Then when the order finally arrived, they sent me the wrong sizes!
I'm currently trying to get a refund.

The quality of the suit is very nice, but the size I ordered was too large. It also was not a flattering fit for someone with a short waist. I am going through the return process, which is more of a negotiation. I don't have spare time, and it is very frustrating. Swimsuits are difficult to find even when you can shop in person. I understand from the company's perspective that returns are costly to their business and customers abuse return policies. It turned out to be more of a hassle to go through the process online than looking for a swimsuit in person.

My order arrived weeks after the promised delivery date (probably because it was shipped from over seas). I was not satisfied with the products and so asked for a return via email like the website directs. They do not disclose the address to send items back for returns on their website, so when I asked for full instructions on how to return the items, they just didn't respond. I've been trying to get them to help me return the items for over 2 months and am finally giving up. Absolutely terrible company. Do not order from them.
I never leave reviews, but I've had such a bad experience with this company that I felt I had to warn other potential customers. I ordered this product and it was not the fit or quality I was anticipating, so I started a refund. I was told that I could get a full refund if I shipped the item back. Once I had the item shipped back (paying out of pocket for the return) the customer support team completely ghosted me. It has been over 3 weeks now since the item was successfully delivered and I have sent 4 emails and have not heard a word back nor have I received any reimbursement. If you think you may have to return an item, DO NOT buy from this company.

Finding a swimsuit I liked was easy, ordering it was easy and I was able to track it with updates until it arrived! It was a great fit and I've already worn it 2x with no issues.
Overall no it was great. Wish the tips and bottoms were sold separately so I could order up on the bottoms.
Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
