I ordered this swimsuit, hoping to get in time for a vacation which was a reasonable amount of time for this package to arrive. I checked the status and the shipment was unfulfilled for around 2 weeks. I had reach out to customer service a few times regarding the shipment and an approximate delivery date. No answer. The package ended up delivering after my trip, which I'm not saying is an error on Seafancy, but I needed to return the item since it was the wrong size. I've now reach out 3 times in the last week for them to help with the return process with nothing for a response. I am pretty frustrated with the whole process.

Didn't ship for over a month. And then when I tried to cancel my order b/c no longer needed, it shipped that day right after I inquired. Still not received, so not sure about quality of products. But timing and customer service has been poor.

Order was correct. Love the products. The arrival time was a bit longer, but I understand it takes time. Once received, I was very happy.

Super cute suits plus great quality! The tops were a bit large for me but customer service seemed like they would help me with this. Just waiting for a response.

Buying products was OK but when I would check tracking, they never knew where it was or when it would be delivered. And then suddenly it was here. So it would be a better experience with more communication about where the package is and when it will be delivered.

I had read reviews prior to ordering. My items came sooner than I expected, which was nice. I based my size on there measurements provided in each listing, only the casual shorts were off. They swimsuits all fit as I had hoped. The black swim shorts are of thinner material. And the casual shorts are tighter than I like. Maybe I needed 2 sizes up for those to fit the way I like.

The site and suits are cute but they didn't work for me.

I just needed to return two swimsuits but it took a while to get any email n directions on what to do.

Bought the black shorts, very cute, and I can wear them to the pool/park combos that are all over our area without having to bring extra shorts

Ultimately, the swimsuits are great. I ordered them 3 weeks prior to our vacation and unfortunately they did not arrive in time. If you are needing them quickly, I wouldn't recommend. However, if you can be patient for their arrival, they are just as pictured and good quality.

I didn't experience any issues with my order, so cannot attest to the customer service; however, the shipping was decent, it shipped a week after I initially placed my order and I then received it within 3 days. Item arrived in excellent condition and packaging.

Shipping was a bit slow- so I'm glad I ordered well before I needed these.

The swimsuit did not fit properly and so I wanted to return it. As the website asked I sent an email requesting to return it. It was over a week before for they emailed back to me. At that point they asked if I would consider keeping the swimsuit for a small refund. They did not give me any information on how to return the suit. I then emailed again stating I did not want to keep the suit but wanted to return it for a full refund. After another week of waiting they finally responded and sent me a very lengthy process to return the suit. I am still trying to return it and get my refund.
