I loved he product but had questions about returns for sizing differences and no one responded to my message

Sizing is way off. Ordered based off of size chart and it was not accurate

This purchase was quick and simple with lots of swim suits to choose from.

I won't waste anyone's time with all the details. But I had to threaten legal action before I got a response from "customer service". After 3 months, i finally got my swimsuit. Unacceptable and such a scammy company.

Shipping takes a little bit longer but everything fit and was great quality for the price.

I absolutely LOVE the selection and price, I've never been on a swimsuit site before now where I liked almost every single style of bathing suit!
Shipping took a very long time but I should have read more information on their website first so that I had different expectations, so that's on me. One of the swimsuits fits me poorly and I'm not excited to pay s&h to send it back

I paid over $10 in shipping and so far I've waited a month for my suit. Horrible customer service! I receive an email asking if I've received it yet and an email address to respond to if I haven't, only to get my email back as undeliverable. So tired of seeing all of their ads on social media when they can't even get me my one suit!

I have reached out 4 different times for information on how to return the item that I ordered too large in. It has been 17 days and I still cannot get a return address or any information at all for that matter. I have 30 days to return for a refund and it's impossible without any response back from customer service.

I love the swimsuit, and it is true to size. The material is well made and appears and feels like it will last. Overall very happy with the product, when it arrived. It took a lot longer than they say shipping will take on their website. Almost 3 weeks longer than the 15 days they specify on the website.

I have tried multiple times to return the swim suit as it's too small. It has been 2 1/2 weeks of trying to be told the correct address to return it for a refund as they do NOT respond. Would recommend NEVER ordering from this company

Suit is nicely made and just what I ordered. Delivered short amount of time.

Was not expecting the delivery time to take as long as it did.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The two swimsuits I ordered from SeaFancyUK arrived after 10 days (so obviously shipped from abroad) in a ripped open package and were of very poor quality- see through when dry so imagine what they'd be like wet). I immediately emailed to ask for a rerun address to send them back for a refund. I waited 7 days for a response to that email which I have copied below:

Please find the return instructions below:
1. We accept returns of unworn and unwashed items with the original tags, including hang tags and clear packaging.
2. Please take a photo of the swimsuit underwear crotch sticker. If there is no crotch sticker or affects the secondary sales, no return or exchange will be accepted.
3. We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost.
Please DO NOT return to the address on the package received, which is not our return address. Otherwise, we are afraid that we will not accept returns and no refunds.
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will be happy to refund the price of the item (not including shipping fee as we had shipped it). To ensure a successful return, please use a standard shipping service that provides tracking.

As an alternative solution, would you be satisfied with a 30% refund of the Item you want to return or exchange as compensation for keeping the item, as well as a coupon that can be used for your next purchase? If you prefer to return the item for a refund, we will follow the above procedure.

That email arrived at 03:24am on 26.06.23 and I responded asking for an address and adding the requested pictures at 11:24am on 26.06.23. I am yet to hear back from them.

I paid £58.82 (inc delivery) for 2 swimsuits but apparently £17.64 would have still given this con-man company a profit because they are willing for me to keep the poor quality items to accept that as a refund. Because I want all my money back they have ghosted me.
DO NOT BUY FROM YHESE PEOPLE. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF.
