I ordered 3 decorative screens and 4 fence posts on 7.9.22. After 2 weeks I hadn't received my order so I contacted them on a daily basis only to find out that their phone lines "were down" for 2 months. I found out later that this was a humongous lie. They had been taking money from people knowing full well that they couldn't fulfill their orders. I contacted CAB and was about to take them to court when I received a letter from an insolvency company saying that SWE were going insolvent on 21.11.22 and not only that, there would be no money left over for me to get my money back. I can't do a charge back because I paid by Klarna. I'm hoping Klarna works like Paypal and that they'll refund me. I've been waiting nearly 2 months so I'm not holding out much hope. So angry.
