This company charged me 1.00 to get a credit score. Only to turn around and charge my account 29.95. I called to cancel and the refunded the 1.00. And kept the 29.95. This company is a complete scam and they will rob you in the same way they are supposed to be "monitoring" you. Customer service is ridiculous and upper management is dismissive and condescending. It's obvious they do not care about their consumers. Be warned. Go with Credit Karma much easier and better level of service.
