Confusing. I was not sure if it was truly a free service. Because I was without a home computer for several years, I had not checked my credit reports and ratings for quite some time. The format and all are very different from what I remember.

I wish to discontinue my membership, I thought the sign up was free until it was too late. Please dont draft my account for any payments.
Getting my credit reports was a simple process that didn't take much effort.
Better than any of the other sites that give you your score. I like the site so far. I recommend it to anyone trying to build there credit.
