Be aware that u may become a member snd charged without knowing. I was charged $29.and didn't use service and didn't even know who they were and they would not refund me.
I wanted o know my credit scores and that was done. I do not need or want a membership or any type of recurring membership and fees.

Email was okay, website, not so much. I felt there was limited information of services. Monthly cost is prohibited for someone like me on SSDI. I called to cancel and talked with Richard, who explained much more about your services and knocked down my monthly cost. Very helpful.

I had to give a credit card and it was charged a $1. For a site that was supposed to be free. $1 is no big deal but it was decieving to be charged.
