I was told that I would only have to pay 1 dollar but was charged 20. Can I have an immediate refund and cancelation of any account.
Everything was good except I didn't need to be wrapped into the future charges of using score sense because I have monitors all ready to help with fraud.
My experience was very good and complete. And I was able to get the help I was seeking.
Very easy to follow and get my scores. They also give options on how to repair your credit score to improve your fico score. This is helping me. No quick way just little step by step options.
In 10/22, I initially did a free trial with Scoresense. Before the free trial, was over, I called and cancelled. Today which is 03/03/2023, I seen a charge on my credit card for $29.95. So I called Scoresense to explain that I cancelled their Subscriprition mnths ago and requested a refund. They said they would not refund them since Indidnt cancel. I told them that I did cancel and never logged in except o e time only to check my credit score. It was still denied a refund. I asked them why did they charge me and store my credit card? They could not reply.
So I don't recommend them to anyone. I have to go through my bank for the dispute process. Its just a shady company to do business with.
The folks at ScoreSense were thoughtful and concerned for me, unlike my bank which just brushed me aside as if this is just an everyday matter. Not for me! I was the victim of a bizarre mail theft and ScoresSense is helping me to secure some sense of security.
You are all scam artists. No email, no phone number, no customer support number. I will figure out how to cancel if I have to close my bank account to do so.
