I signed up for an introductory options advisory service. Only 1 out of 15 recommendations were profitable. When I asked for a refund of the unused subscription they told me it was not refundable and they knew it was a lousy service, but if I paid thousands more I could get a "better" service. Customer service was unresponsive. They were not interested in servicing existing customers except to get an upgrade to a more expensive service. Why would I spend another dime with them after being treated so poorly?
Schaeffers tricks to participate with email services however do not expect any assistance from customer support if you, safety investment and return your funds back even they have 90 days of funds return. Do not expect training or education. Does not look like US financial trust business.
Beware of these SCAMMING thugs.
Their options recommendations and 'money-back' guarantees are a JOKE.
Had to force a card chargeback. Have their racket blacklisted.
Nathane Sharp tricked my mom into providing all of her credit card info and proceeded to Max out all of her cards in a couple months. The only service provided was a barrage of text and email spam messages that are obviously not created by their company.
In addition to their charges from their institution, additional charges under 'The Traders Edge's are billed multiple times a month.
This company is taking advantage of people and not providing any legitimate services.

I was contacted by a salesperson because I have a credit on my account. He tried to sell me a service and said if I was not satisfied he would give me a store credit. When I asked if I could just buy the service with my existing credit he wrote back that noone is going to give you something for free. So, what good was his satisfaction guaranteed offer if you can actually use your stored credit?
I have too services with company. Your will lose Money.Believe they have a monkey throwing darts at options on wall. Lately this company is where off. Run!
What started out as a terrible experience ended up as a good one thanks to Katie, the owner. One of the salesmen forgot how he should treat the customer and handle complaints. She stepped up and quickly fixed the problem. She cleared up account balances with my credit card and had a little "sit-down" with the offending salesman. As a result of her intervention, I'm pleased to change my review from negative to positive and, if you have a problem, give Katie a call. She'll make things right!
After just a month with their recommendations and taking many of these my overall account is negative. There are companies out there that have better success.

9 out of 10 of their recomendation will be a looser. Only 1 is the winner. Their event recomendation is come from stupid traders, researchers, they don't know what they doing.
Careful no refunds and most options recommended cost over$500. Purchased over phone and no refunds were ever mentioned.
I worked with Alex and he was great. The trades are easy to follow with the instructions provided and I have been very happy with the growth in my trading account since April. Nothing bad to say here at all. Ask for Alex!
Had a call with offer of subscription for 29.95 and agreed. Was charged 2995.00. Refusing to refund.
I purchased several of their programs. The last one, I was provided with "last years recommendations" which allegedly showed 444% return. Cost was $1,000.
Waste of money. I have stopped using them because I lost 1/2 of my investment money. They will hound you to try top sell you more services.
In March of 2022, I purchased a lifetime package of all of Schaeffer's auto trading newsletters totaling $5,346.
Unfortunately, their product has not performed well, and the service was inadequate because after the auto trading began I lost over half of my account. I lost over half of my account before pulling the plug on the auto trading. As a result of this, I can no longer utilize this service since it is way too risky to do options trading on such a small amount of money. I asked for a refund and they refused to do so. They told me that within the next two years if they don't win at least 100 trades that are over 100% they will refund my money. However, I will not be able to utilize their service. And I would guess that within 2 years they should have at least 100 trades they get lucky on. Since they put out so many trades a day. Because of a direct result of their trading advice, I am unable to continue using the service. I want my money back.
They have no idea and their investment advises are dumb. I had lot of failures. Please don't fall in this trap.
Just want money, constant try to upsell new products, void/empty promises of refund. Be aware of their sales team.
About a year into the subscription (2017-2018). The trades were almost all losses. Would've actually made profits if I blind traded or traded against all their recommendations.
