Great concept and great site. Takes a bit of time to figure it out but it helped me a lot. Friendly and intuitive estimator tool and a good directory of contractors with their permit history. I will hire through once i get my permits and i will certainly give the smart bid tool. It is much needed.
There are some spots on the site that could use design improvements and be made easier though.
Kukun has some really good tools which helped me in my bathroom renovation. They are very easy to use and I have was able to have a pretty good control on my renovation process.
This is a must-have if you are thinking in renovating. Finally a trustworthy site to make your renewal a reality.
I wanted to call a contractor to get a bid, but wanted to know the price before. This site allowed me to calculate the cost of my project, and even figure out if it would build equity on my property. Made me feel more in control talking to pros later.
