I really am enjoying receiving all of these great scents! But I only gave 4 stars because I wish customer service were more available. You can only chat and it's like prerecorded messages. You can't get your problems resolved. Also, it takes forever to receive your packages..

Well sports fans, it appears that my first review of this business, scentbird, was not taken seriously; therefore, this follow-up review demonstrates that I am a woman of my word. I have been a loyal customer of scentbird for the past six months now, and I really enjoyed receiving new fragrances from them each month. These were fragrances that were offered for me to try, to add to my queue, or to purchase in full-size. Unfortunately for me, scentbird made promises to provide me with my chosen purchases, and then would make last-minute changes to my order due to a shortage of said fragrance. I informed them how upsetting this was to me, submitted my grievance in the form of my first written review on this site, and have since experienced one more recent denial of a fragrance which I was greatly looking forward to receiving. This latest disappointment was the final straw for me, and I have canceled my monthly membership from scentbird and unsubscribed from their website, as I promised to do should this irresponsible and unsatisfactory business practice continue. It's too bad, because I really enjoyed my monthly fragrances, and three out of the six months I was treated in this fashion. I am certain that if it has happened to me, it has happened to hundreds if not thousands of other disappointed customers, which is the reason for this follow-up to my first review. Now I choose to take my business elsewhere, even if it costs a little more, and hopefully to receive the fragrances that I was promised, in the time frame upon which we agreed. I hope this second review of scentbird is helpful to many frustrated customers with broken promises and broken hearts!

I have thoroughly enjoyed being a member of Scentbird. I have received some excellent smelling fragrances that have certainly broadened my horizons on scents to wear. For years I wore my "signature scent" but this app has allowed me to try some new and exquisite smelling fragrances. Absolutely recommend Scentbird!

Too slow for five

Honestly this really lets you explore scents. You can have up to three a month but have the option to add on as many perfumes as you want. Some months I get my three normally billed and I add on seven! The problem is how fast they seem to sell out of everything that I want. In three hours I've had five scents removed from my que. A big improvement would be to reserve the perfume for the person who's que it's in. You can bet you get charged immediately. But it takes the entire month to get your monthly order. Why? My June order should be to me before July.The website and app are also very spotty. I have written numerous reviews for several scents to have them disappear. This is frustrating as I am in this to find scents that I wanna buy full size. I like to explore my options and when I go back on my thoughts on the perfumes. Only to have to re-wear it rewrite it and it gets old you know. Also add ons are a little bit more expensive than the subscribed - which is backwards from how every other service does this.

The cologne I was most interested in was creed aventus at first I was like ok 10.00 upcharge then they raise it to 15.00 then the month I was supposed to get it they tell me it's no longer available

Ive only tried one month and already canceled, you are charged one month and is delivered the next. If this is truly a scent of the month they are not delivering on that premise. A month on shipping is truly ridiculous considering their warehouse is the USA not china…

I like my scentbird stuff alot but sometimes they send me womens perfume which isnt cool cuz im a man but it varys with each month the colognes they send me are really excellent though and i do love them

I grew a fragrance addiction just before the start of the pandemic and needed a way to get samples to test on my skin for a few hours to see how they mix with my body chemistry. I didn't want to keep purchasing from Sephora just to receive a sample of a fragrance so I google searched and saw Scent Bird. I love being able to read the full description of a fragrance, choosing my 3 new scents for the month and opening the package the day it arrives. I have been satisfied with 90% of my choices and will be purchasing the full size bottles of the ones I absolutely love. The other 10% was just me being adventurous and it taught me a lesson to stick to what I know lol.

I received an email stating that my fragrance was out of stock but if my fragrance was set to be delivered in that month, I'd still receive it. I didn't. I was sent a different fragrance, I've also had this experience with scentbird twice in the last two months.

Replication of Brand name perfume

Very disappointed, the perfume smelled ok but lasted all of 10 minutes. Scent did not linger on clothes or body. Sad replication of the True genuine perfume sold under. Disguised as name brand, but doesn't deliver.

I use to receive my order and samples through regular mail but lately it's been hit or miss on receiving what I paid for... the packages come through DHL which is horrible my latest sample has not made it yet. I'm getting ready to cancel my subscription and find another company for my needs.

Love the Variety

I do enjoy ScentBird as they have a great variety of fragrances. Quick delivery. And great customer service. The only thing I would say is the cost is a little high to include a twist up case. I feel that it should be included with the membership fragrance each month. Paying another $10 is like paying for another fragrance. I'd even be half with $5 each case.
