Nice service but tax fee, delivery fee and then tip driver? Is it not a delivery fee given to the driver?
Expensive final cost.

Despite store note having my brand (out of stock) my 2nd choice is almost always in stock. They do have great delivery people that are friendly & polite. Most of the time orders are timely.
I purchased this past order w/ my 2nd choice of cigarettes, delivery on time, very friendly & polite delivery person.

We use saucy as one of the several ways we support my homebound sister from afar. We've been using it for maybe a couple of months now for grocery deliveries and cigarettes. It's one of the few options that deliver cigarettes. And we are very thankful. This has worked flawlessly up until this last weekend. They delivered the wrong order to my sister's place. When I reported it they said we need a picture before we can do anything about it. My sister doesn't do cell phones and she doesn't have internet. So for a while there we were getting more and more aggravated with the situation until finally... One of the customer service agents out of nowhere reordered it and got the correct order there within an hour. We were so relieved. There was a statement in there that they would make it right "this time". We are grateful that they did but we will be looking for other options as backup. Because inevitably there will be. Another time.

My experience was pretty good, the delivery was fast and he came in front of my door which I love. Instead of going downstairs

Saucey app had rum. I wanted to try out not having to brave the street at night to go and carry back a decent 750ml of rum. Saucey had a rum selection which was eye opening. I've tried other food delivery apps using liquor stores only to find the product were exchanged etc. Yet Saucey is exact every time!. So I ordered it I had a bit of confusion on the credit card which is okay for security reasons and retried which the interface was easy and logical to use. Order Confirmation on the screen and a ETA meant I was set and was taken back by how fast the Rum arrived. The driver was at my door so quickly that the app did register his Location. So I gathered what was needed and went to the rendezvous point. No I received a call and had to go outside to look for them. Not a fault of the driver it may be due to the App and it's locations that are programmed to follow. Driver came up to me and even walked closer to the entrance of my building when I asked him to ( it makes me feel much safer that's one of the main reasons I ordered delivery in the first place). Exchange & ID confirmation was done promptly. I wished them a safe day and went back into my building. Last but not least, I was resigned to expect a plastic bottle of the product as they have a glass 750ml bottle and a plastic 750ml bottle. Nicely surprised to find a all glass bottle of a rum I had trouble finding at liquor stores anyway. So the selection Saucey offers is grand and the delivery is exact, prompt and professional. Be sure to tip the driver's well. If I had to run. A impromptu party or gathering of say 20 people who needed cocktails and suds & I had the gelt to flex that I'd seriously consider foregoing the liquor store rum or delivery and just use Saucey confident I wouldn't be disappointed in the slightest. It was my first time using the service and found it to be super easy to use and got what I need and the delivery driver was awesome!

It didn't seem like the location was correct, so I had to message the delivery driver of my specific location (Miami Airport). Which is fine because the delivery driver was responsive and made sure to complete my order.

The delivery was simply and smooth. The product prices are elevated.

Antonio arrived on time and he was so sweet that he allowed me to go get my id from my car and bring it back to him I work in a rv park so it's a big park and he said go get your id and I'll wait. Very respectful and friendly
