Everything works great until the delivery person gets here and is unable to scan my DLs but it doesnt work. They all try multiple times before having to call to get a bypass. I think it would be much faster to allow the delivery people the option to enter the info in manually vrs having to call support.
Very timely, great communication and solid follow up. There was a great selection of options to choose from, the pricing was reasonable and given a 2 hour delivery window worked well. The delivery showed up right away within the 2 hour slot which is always preferred- especially since you have to sign for the bottle or show if authentication.
I'm pretty sure I got my order in under 30 minutes. The order was correct, and the drinks were cold. They're nailing it!

The items that I ordered were delivered in the time window stated by the app and the delivery driver was courteous.
When I place a saucy order it usually doesn't get picked up by a driver until an hour/hour half after the order is placed. Prices are insane! We should be able to tip prior to checking out because maybe that would be an incentive for a driver to pick up the order quickly instead of having customers wait an hour + to receive their order. There are tons of coupons for first time customers but rarely any for existing customers, that's frustrating. Not a huge selection of alcohol and i feel like more stores should be offered, like ABC Wine & Liquor. There's so much more i could say about the app itself. But everything related to Saucy could improve!
