Delivered right on time but I also feel like when it comes to ordering cigarettes an Liqour off the saucey app they need to ask for I.d.'s so I can take a picture of my I.d. A send it straight to them so saucey know I'm legal an over 21 years of age.

Your app is out of date and won't work on Android. It took logging in and attempting to pay seven times before it was accepted. Nothing changed. The driver was kind. Even though I updated the pin on the map, he didn't have correct directions to my place.

The orders not for me it's for my son I've played quite a few orders not only are the delivery people kind and caring and caring the order is there quickly I was charged $34.95 for order I never replaced or received

This service is convenient with what it provides but my first time ordering with how expensive the fees are. I didn't expect a 3 hour wait for my product.

I would normally go out for my order myself, but a situation has kept me homebound this week. TAINA delivered my order and she was such a sweetheart of a driver (for the 3 minutes we chatted, that is).

Weak communication. Frequently out of stock and instead of a cold 12 pack after you make a swap for another brand 12 pack, you get 6 warm beers. Even this review, i can't find the order number in my app. It just says a brand name and no amount or order number

After completing the order purchase, driver was supposed to be there in less than half an hour, then came only in like 11 minutes. Super fast.

I really appreciate what you all do. I can't really go out due to my child loves run everywhere and so it is very hard for me to go to places. But I am truly grateful for you all do. It's a good service, but it does require more long range planning in terms of delivery times and driver availability. More drivers needed I think.

I selected the delivery to be sent as a Gift— but they did not contact the recipient to schedule a delivery time (just showed up cold turkey), did not deliver the note I wrote, or tell the recipient who it was from so they had to go through a whole guessing game. Not happy.
