Sooooo DONE. Done talking to customer service (They dont know how to speak and explain $#*!) Done getting the run around, wasting my time, money, sanity on those people. DONE... whats up apple?!?!?!?!?! F*ck SAMSUNG. Had them since i was 15yo and i am sitting here for 5 months with a broken S7 Edge, using my old SIDEKICK! DONE. Anyone want to buy a broken samsung s7 Edge (GOLD) barely used!?!?!?!? Email me your offer. Its just the top screen thats broke. *******@gmail.com... PEACE $#*!ES... sigh.

Don't buy anything Samsung until they fix their Samsung accounts. A hacker, even a new unskilled one, can kill your device in 3 steps by hijacking, changing your password, and then forcing your device to reset. This can be done remotely, through Wi-Fi, or by Bluetooth.

Ordered Samsung smartwatch and received email that item is not in stock. Well - it was not mentioned when I placed my order. Sent order cancellation request - and they sent confirmation that they will try to cancel. Not sure why they so poorly organized - after 3 days - it s still not shipped and also not canceled. Horrible operation practice for online shop...

Terrible customer service

Tried to redeem a FREE offer that came with a newly purchased phone. Had the hardest time with customer service. It's free afterall... why put me through he'll. Had to listen to service rep complain essentially about phone carrier not having the free item at store. Not helpful at all. Was back and forth between phone carrier and Samsung customer service. If it's so hard to get free item included when buying phone don't advertise it!

Ordered the 70" tv on 11/28. No indication of backorder multiple calls waiting in queue. No help speaking to anyone or website. No idea when it will ship. Today made me even angrier when I got email from samsung saying unwrap gifts for holidays plus free 2 day shipping. Clicked link found same tv and it said on website will ship in 1 to 3 days. Are you kidding. This is so deceptive to the consumer. They can't be doing this and keep getting away with these deceptive practices. If stuff is back ordered state it up front. We can order your products samsung from other stores... if you can't run a direct ship order center properly don't pretend to. So frustrated.

Got a brand new samsung dishwasher; defective on the right hand side door hinge. Contacted samsung, and they sent a contracted technician to check. The technician agreed that this is not caused by shipping or mishandling, because the damage is inside the machine. Samsung refused an exchange or a warranty service because it is a "cosmetic" damage. End up purchasing a new dishwasher from other companies. Absolutely NO samsung products for my entire life.

I ordered a TV on Thanksgiving Day (11/24/2016) and the TV has not even shipped yet as of today (12/14/2016). Order status is showing "preparing for shipment" since then. On their website they say that they ship the orders in 2-3 day. It has been 20 days now! I called them twice. On the fist call (it took 20 minutes to reach someone by the way!), I was told I should be getting the shipping confirmation the very next day, And, of course I did not! I made the second call 4 days later, I was told that the TV was being moved to the warehouse and it would ship in a few days, And, of course it did not! At this point, I think they have either no clue of what they are doing, OR, they are outright lying. I now believe the latter! I inquired submitting online form on 11/29/2016, they were supposed to response in 24 hours. And, I just got an email from someone with strange email adress last night (12/13/2016), saying that my TV is back ordered with a re-stocking date of 12/13/2106. I am very disappointed with this company at this point and this is not what I expected at alll. It looks like I am dealing with a very shady 3rd world company. However, seeing now what other people experienced, too, I absolutely regret making this purchase. I thought about canceling the order but reading what happened to them makes me even more afraid. I think I am going to make a complaint with BB and US consumer protection agencies. They should not be in business in US like this!

Hi Friends, I, Rajive Gautam want to share one of my WORST EXPERIENCES IN LIFE with you. If you really want experience non-professionalism and unethical attitude of the company towards customer grievances, then buy Samsung Product especially Samsung Refrigerator.
I want to share a personal experience of non-professional and unethical attitude of this company i. E., Samsung which is one of the top most brands in India and across the world. My refrigrator has been out of order for the last one and half months. The authorized service centre of Samsung informed that my refrigerator cannot be repaired as company has stopped manufacturing small part. We purchased the refrigerator on 08.04.2011. Just 5 years after the date of purchase, the refrigerator started malfunctioning. The authorized service centre of Samsung was contacted who took more than a months time to inform that the defective part cannot be replaced because company has stopped producing it. I was surprised how company can disown the responsibility of providing spare parts after 5 years as hardly anyone replaces refrigerator in India after 5 years In fact, the CEO of the company who claims that if any customer has any grievance they can directly contact him and the same will be resolved immediately also did not bother to reply the mail sent to him or get it resolved.
I am sharing this WORST experience with you so that it may reach as many people as possible. I request you to please share with your friends, collegues and all known unknowns so that they can be warned about SAMSUNG PRODUCT.

Bought a tv on 11/21/16, today is 12/8/16, no words on whereabouts the tv is. 12/2, called samsung to see the shipping stats. Was given the shipper number, once on hold for a good 15 minutes, the shipper call taker said to call the subshipper/subcontractor. Called the subcontractor, no answer, can't leave messages as mailbox was full.

Same 12/2, chatted with Samsung.com, wish to cancel the order. Was told will have it canceledl. No cancel confirmation is received. On 12/7, called samsung.com again to see if order is cancelled, noting noted. Call taker said have to call different dept because she can only create a ticket. She transfer the call to sales. Sales person said nothing they can do except to contact the shipper to refuse shipment.

At his point, I went off. Telling her I'm the consumer and that they should take care of this issue since they're the company I purchased the tv from. She said can't do. The supervisor came on (not even sure if he's even the supervisor), I told him the situation he said to wait for the tracking updates. Excuse me? It's been since 11/21 and still no shipping stats even thought the ags system said it's sitting at some airport. He can't cancel the order without the shipping stats. As far as I know, the tv is floating somewhere and no one knows nothing about and they already charge me for the stupid tv.

Avoid doing business on Samsung.com.

Shipping Sucks!

I ordered a monitor, was told when ordered it would ship in 5-7 business days. Well I called today, considering it has been the 7th business day. I was then informed that the monitor was on backorder. However, when I purchased the monitor it was not on back order. This has highly ticked me off. I would advise everyone not to order from samsung online. They do not care about their customers, and do not inform them of such things that they may need to know.

I purchased one online tv 12 days back but still it has not delivered. The tracking details provided was of AGS systems and the last status update was before 6 days. Now they won't even respond to either call or email. The samsung support does not even care and they have no clue and cann't help in the matter. I am now helpless on what shall I do now? Anyone else faced similar issues, please let me know how it can be resolved

Well we are now second washer from Samsung. It has been recalled and Samsung sets up appointments three times and no one shows up. I keep calling they always have excuses reset appointment then again they don't show up and we take time off work. What kind of set up is this. Are they waiting to fix the washer until it explodes and kills one of us. This is ridiculous! Please everyone don't not buy any product from Samsung. By the way I would have given zero rating but had to push one

I bought S7 from the site with Black Friday promo that comes with VR, wireless charging pad, $250 ecertificate. Well, I received 2 shipping confirmation emails, one is the VR and the other was S7 along with the wireless charging pad. Then received my 2 packages, but the wireless charging pad was missing. I had to call about 7 different times, waited about over 20 mins for some calls. Not only that, each time different rep would give me different info or they hung up on me or tell me to file claim with the shipping company. They blamed it on the shipping company, which I doubt it because the packages were not tampered. My other issue was there was no $250 ecertificate. They gave me all kind of excuses like to wait for 30 days or the promo it was only for the S7 edge or promo for November 23 not 25 or they ran out of items so the charging pad and vr were the replacement or only for locked phones. I knew I checked everything carefully before I placed my order. After going all these headaches, I searched the reviews of this company and found out others have same negative experiences like mine. Samsung customer service is #1 negative. Do not buy from them. Save your money.

Please don't buy any thing from Samsung Web Site. Terrible service. Buy from Amazon if you have to. My TV is not delivered over 7 days. I don't think, such companies should be allowed to business in United States.

Worst TV I ever bought, lasted just enough to pass warranty and won't turn back on. It is a common problem. Maybe it's cheap sets they make avaliable arround hollodays, this is what I understood from customer service, your TV will last as your warranty, so buy a TV every 2 years. Not what expected from a global company, shame on you Samsung.
