I ordered two sweaters almost a month ago (order: M**************). Ten days ago, I got an email saying that one had been shipped out and the other one had not. I tried tracking the one that had been shipped (SGKEN*******864) and the third party website I used said that there was no tracking information available from the currier. The money for this order was taken out of my account almost immediately. I want to cancel my order and I want a full refund.
UPDATE: After posting this review (which was initially only one star), Sammydress immediately reached out to me and apologized for this experience. They told me they would continue to ship the products out for me to keep, and offered me a full refund of my order for the bad experience. I've upped the rating to three stars because of this. HOWEVER. Buyers should be aware that the "standard shipping" takes 10-25 business days. Sammydress needs to make this abundantly clear on the shipping options page at the time of check out. I'm certain that most of their customer dissatisfaction would be eliminated if they did.
Received a very poorly made hoodie that had a hole in the sleeve. Have sent two complaints including photo of damage plus a message and have now been given two ticket numbers but no instructions on how to get a refund.

Order # M**************, ticket #'s T*******809 ( 1st complaint on 9/29/15), ticket # T*******806 ( 2 nd complaint on 11/18/15), ticket # T*******220 ( 3rd complaint on 12/3/15). On Nov 10 in the response to the first complaint I asked for my $$ back they never responded. On the 2nd complaint when I responed on 11/25/15 I asked for my $$ back they never responded. This 3rd complaint on 12/515 I again asked for my $$ back. I bet they never respond. They said in the 3rd complaint to please contact my post office with my reference # and name amd ser if they can help. HELLO it's been well over three months my post office had been looking for this package they know it's coming. REFUND MY MONEY BACK. YOU ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. YOU TOOK MY $$ AND NEVER SENT ME THE PRODUCT

Complete Thieving Con-Artists!
A whole month after I placed my order and it still has not been despatched, no response at all to my many complaints. They have stolen my money and, going by all of these other reviews, thousands of others, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
How are companies like this allowed to get away with it!

I agree with the previous messages. I ordered from them back in October 2015 and I still have not received my order. However, I was charged immediately. I finally get an update today stating they've lost my order and I should wait another month... no thanks! I believe they are scammers also I will be disputing this charge with PayPal as well.

I have been waiting three months for my order. I have requested information many times. The automated answer which I get within minutes says I'll have an answer in a day or two I have received one out of many requests saying since it comes from China it will take as little longer, be patient. This is the poorest excuse for a company The customer service sucks. BUYER BEWARE good luck if you order, I'll never order from them again!

I order three items in a 3xl. Received the item in a little bag, opened it and the items were balled up in the bag. Tried the items on and they were extremely small. Had a friend that wears a large to xl try them on and she couldn't even wear them as they were too small but they have 3xl tags. I reached out to the company with no response back. Had to dispute the charge with the bank and finally the company response but is requesting that I pay the shipping to send the items back. This was my first and last time buying anything from them.

I placed an order a few days ago and was at once deluged with duplicate emails from Sammydress. The "welcome to our Website" email alone was repeated 27 times. Since then every email from them is duplicated at least a dozen times. Their live chat is always too busy to talk. Their so-called "excellent" English help line merely says thanks for calling and hangs up. They requested photocopies of everything from my driver's license to my passport to "verify" my order even though they already had the payment. What kind of utter fool would send copies of such documents to total strangers? Reading other reviews here complaining of very slow delivery it is easy to see they are selling merchandise they don't have and are hoping for "just in time" delivery - which seldom is just in time. I cancelled my order and am waiting to see how much trouble it will be to get my money back. Unless you want your inbox swamped with meaningless messages from a company that is impossible to actually communicate with, do not do business with Sammydress.
Update: In fairness I must add I did get my refund promptly, in full.

I placed two orders for men's clothing. The first one took 4 weeks to arrive, and one piece was missing, one piece was the wrong one, and all of them were marked the right size but all were 3 sizes too small. The second one is still in processing and it's been 5 weeks. Don't waste your time and money on this corrupt sales gimmick.

I'm very happy, because I ordered second time from sammydress.com and it was better that previous one! Delivery was very quickly (but expensive, 50CAD total), I received items 4 days after shipping and 5 after an order! Processing time was very short, only 1 day! It's amazing. Clothes are very nice, I love it! I ordered 4 dresses and gloves. One dress was out of stock, but they told me quickly about that and I received refund. 3 dresses are awesome! Fits well (but I took XL, usually I wear S/M. Remember that it's a Chinese, so it's smaller!), looks gorgeous, very nice fabric and color. I admit that I'm better and better in online shopping and now I know how to do this. My first orders wasn't so successful ;)

I ordered an item in August 29th and it shipped on September 16th, today is December 2nd and the item still has not arrived. I have called customer service a dozen times and the line is either busy or it says the voice mail is full.
In addition I have also submitted 4 tickets to get the issue resolved. The first ticket responded that I have to wait longer, at that point it was 40 days. At 50 days I submitted another ticket and they responded did I check with the post office, I said I did and they never responded back. My 3rd ticket submitted was never answered.
I just submitted my 4th ticket asking for a full refund, I have very little faith. By the way this was suppose to be for Halloween, and its December?

Do NOT order from this site. I waited over 40 BUSINESS DAYS for a sweater only to receive excuses from customer service. 1- my fault (I requested ground mail) 2- they finally admitted that the package was lost and offered credit or re-shipping. When I asked them to re-ship 3- item is no longer available. Worst shipping timeframe I've ever experienced coupled with most exasperating customer service. Have you noticed how all responses to negative reviews are identical? Horrible

The site is great, very good for shopping.
I made several purchases and all arrived quickly. Products have good quality, are well made.
Firstly order took over 2 months to get here after me chasing it a 2nd time! And the chunky knit light grey jumper I ordered is far from its picture or description! It's thin dark grey 'thick cotton' awful quality and falling apart at seams! I can't believe this company is actually still allowed to trade, wish I'd found this forum before I ordered!

It took forever to get her. 7 weeks. Then I found out they are coming from china. They're being drop shipped from china. That's not on their web site. Not that everything isn't coming from China. A doctor friend of mine said that even babies at delivery are being turned over to find out where they are from.

Ordered a men's jacket that had a cool Mod look in a large. When I got it it came all scrunched up in a bag & was too small. When I tried it on and buttoned the snaps, 2 of them fell off. I have contacted then several times via email about the problem & have sent them pictures of the defect & have gotten nothing but the run around from them. DO NOT BUY from this company... they are terrible to work with & a BIG RIP OFF!
