I ordered some bell bottoms for my sister for the holidays and the item came and they were the wrong size. They won't switch out for a different size, claiming that it isn't in stock.(shows in stock on the webpage). I even took a screen shot and emailed them back with it and then still told me it wasn't in stock... Then offered a "refund". I spent 15 on the item and they wanted to refund $1.50... Thanks. Or have me rebut the item and they pay for shipping... Worst customer service ever! And I work in a call center!

Similar to everyone else. Ordered 5 sweatshirts the beginning of November and paid for expedited shipping and after 3 weeks followed up. Was told that the items were popular and backordered by their supplier. Asked for a refund and was told that they could cancel my order outright but would only credit me to a "sammydress" account. Received 4 sweatshirts after about 5 weeks, however even though it was the same shirt there was a discrepancy in color with different sizes.
Now waiting over 2 months for the last sweatshirt and they have stopped answering my tickets.
DO NOT USE THEM!

I bought two items from this company because they were referred to me by an acquaintance. I ordered 2 Size XXL Adult Male. However, I was totally apalled by the items that I received.
1. A foul stomach-turning smell came from at least one of the shirts.
2. The material the shirts are made with resembles the lowest quality material that resembles the clothing one would win at a cheap $1 street carnival.
3. Tags say XXL but these shirts are by Far Adult Male Size XXL. They look as though they might be a large kid size.
And now for the Customer Service:
They never replied to my messages. When I disputed the payment in PayPal, which is how I paid for these items, this Cheaper-Than-Thou company had the gall to offer me a partial $6 refund. I laughed when I read that.
In the end, PayPal handled this issue just as equally sloppy by Offering me my full $31.97 refund. However, they said I was responsible for the Return Shipping Fee. Now, that feel would pay for this crappy clothing to be Shipped all the way back to China. It would cost almost as much to ship it back to this pathetic, worthless sweat-shop company than what I was charged for these pieces of fesces clothing!
So it looks like this bs company might get one over on yet another hard-working American by cheating me just as they have cheated so many others. And I truly hope that they enjoy spending their crooked $31.97 that they screwed me out of. And I also hope that the PayPal udiot who decided, in their grand infinite wisdom, to handle my issue this way... I hope they feel they can hold their head up high and be everso proud of themselves.
I mean, since they feel like such gurus after all!

I purchased 2 items back in beginning of October. 1 of the 2 items arrived. It was a men's sweater. I know sizes run small, So i ordered an XXXL. The item would not even fit a 10 year old boy. I still have not received the second item. I opened a complaint and they ask that you send them pictures of the items. Not sure why, They know what they sent. After taking several pictures and attempting to upload them to the website. It returns with an error stating item deleted. There is no customer service line to call to voice your issues. I will never buy another product from this site. I am attempting to try to get a refund via PayPal and they refuse to return my money. End result, Dont waste your time or money with this company. No customer service at all.

1-11-2016. I was offered a refund of $10.00 for my $25.98 purchase. I refused anything but my original $25.98. As you can see i received an inquiry on what my original order number was. I replied and we will see what happens after that. I will keep this updated as very slow progress continues. PayPal is still waiting to hear from the seller as well.

I bought two coats on their site I thought these where good because they had 165 reviews of the product and it had 4.5 stars.
It took forever for them to send it and when I eventually go it, but it was not at all what was described on the product description. It said it was woolen but it was some cheap synthetic material you would get from a cheap Halloween costume.
Straight away I wanted to return it they wanted pictures of the item and product codes, straight away I felt this was going to be a fight to get my money back and I won't get a refund on the shipping.
Eventually after back and forth they offered store credit, but no refund of the money.
It is obvious that the reviews on this site about their products are a lie!
And you won't get your money back!

Received 2 of 3 items and took over two months for items. One item Large, is actually the size of a small. Complained to paypal and they just closed the case and didnt care if I only received 2 of 3. Found out and should have known you get what you pay for... Stay away from this website.

I received an extremely late order from Sammydress.com so in order to alleviate my aggravation they refunded me the entire purchase price of my items. They also let me keep the items once they arrived.
Watch out for a lengthy shipping but if you do not mind waiting 3 - 4 weeks then go right ahead and order!

Purchased items December 11th as gifts for Xmas figuring it is enough time for delivery, only 5 small items. Did not receive anything in time for Xmas and when I wrote to ask where items were I was told they were on back order which was never previously stated in any way. The following day I was sent an email notification that the items were shipped, so much for back order excuse. It is now January 6th and still have not received a single item. Absolute TERRIBLE experience and I do not recommend you waste your time here as the ambivalent attitude towards their products and lack of delivery makes it completely unworthy of anyone's time or money.
UPDATE: Received the items Jan. 19th. More could have been done to communicate the problems occurring or to assist in located where the items were in transit or why there was such a delay in sending the items out. Not shipping until 12.24 is an extensive time to process an order. Customer service responses were vague, standard, and sometimes in French.

I was very pleased with the ease of ordering and the customer service received. The items I ordered were as described and I would definitely recommend SammyDress!
I order 5 items on November 30,2015, it says that it is still be processed. I have submitted numerous tickets. First I am told that I have to look to see how many days it takes to be shipped from the dispatched date. I do and when I respond saying that the items should of been shipped no later than December 29,2015, I am told that some of the items are on back order and will take an additional 7 to 15 business days. This is bull$#*!. Then I am told that I can't get a refund only a credit. More bull$#*!. I should of read the reviews first before buying anything from this place and ran.

I ordered several items and the items were shipped in two different boxes on two different days. I received the first of the two several weeks after my order. The clothes were complete crap! One shirt had black splotches on it, the other was WAY too small and the fabrics are cheap. When I contacted them about the black splotches it took multiple attempts to even put my question through to them. Then they asked me to take pictures and a video before they would even consider a return. If they accepted my return then I would have to pay shipping AGAIN! My second item has still not arrived and it has been 4 months! I keep trying to contact the company but either get no reply or my request will not go through. DON'T BUY FROM HERE! You are just going to lose your money and end up with nothing or with crap!
