M************** I'm hoping the bad reviews aren't true. I placed an order a week ago which is still processing. I sent in to trouble ticket be cause I have a question. The reply back says someone will respond in 24 hours. It has now been 5 days. I went this morning to see if there was a message. Both of my trouble tickets have been erased. Hopefully I get a reply back or I'll be taking another course I action.
I do not see how many people have mishaps with Sammy Dress, seeing as it is a really good website. I'm fairly new to the site, and I absolutely love it. It is expected to recieve shipments late, due to the fact that it is overseas. Other than that, this website is amazing, there are such good quality products for a very reasonable price. They always have the cutest clothing and accessories. I recommend this website to anyone who wants the latest fashion trends for a very affordable price!

The service is awful, i ordered almost three months ago and i still haven´t received anything. I wrote them and they told me to wait, i´ve heard so many bad stuff about this website, yet i was at least expecting what i purchased to arrive to make a full judgement. It sucks! I ordered some jewlery from Sammy Dress back in August. I was told that it would take 3 weeks for me to receive my purchase. 3 weeks went by and I didn't receive anything. After 30 days I decided to email customer service and they told me that the average wait time is 45 days. So after 45 days I still had not received my items so I contacted PayPal. Thank God for PayPal. After I opened a claim on PayPal I received my items 2 weeks later.
My sister also purchased items from them around the same time I did and she still did not receive her purchase. Unfortunately for her she did not pay with PayPal so she could not open a claim.
As for the items itself it was a hit or miss. Some of the bracelets were just like the ones in the picture and good quality, but most were different from the pictures and very VERYYY bad quality.

I ordered a dress from Sammy Dress a few weeks ago and I love the dress! It fits perfect and whenever I wear it out I get lots of comments. The dress is made of nice material and is super soft. It is definitely one of my new favorite dresses. I love the dress and service so much that I plan on ording from them again.
Not only do I love my dress but the service is amazing as well. After reading a few negative reviews I was a bit nervous about my order so I contacted the Sammy dress team twice and was responded to both time within 24 hours.

Hello:-) I got an email from site jabber saying my review had gotten loads of views so I followed the link to see it again having written it nearly 2 years ago. After reading through the other reviews it seems that loads of them say that all the good reviews are fakes, this is not the case. I have only ever had good experiences with sammydress. Only hiccup I ever had was something went out of stock after I ordered it but I chose another item and was refunded the difference. I have ordered 4 times with them now and its been fine. The items aren't western sizes so as long as you take your time and take your measurements and check them against the measurements they give for the item its fine. Things from China usually take one month to reach the UK and Ireland and if you choose the cheapest shipping option which is Standard Shipping you won't get a tracking number but they photograph the package and email you when it's shipped. I just wanted to clarify that the review I gave before is real, I am a real person and I still standby my last review, sammydress are pretty good, it's cheap and funky and not everyone is gonna have the same thing like if you bought in Penney's ( I do love Penney's too though)
I absolutely love Sammy Dress! They have very affordable clothing, shoes, and accessories. They offer things from a variety of different sellers, giving people the opportunity to let their small business flourish through online sales. I have loved everything I have ordered. I see many people saying that they have problems getting their items on time when they are in a hurry, but you have to take into consideration that most everything is shipped from Asia. So, if you are living in North or South America, then the chances of getting your items in less than two weeks can be very slim. It is not a good idea to order things, last minute, from this site. I would, however, highly recommend this site for the amazing prices and great quality.
